Se relaxer sur la plage! Nouvelle construction de 2 200 pieds carrés, maison de 3 cac sur une plage de sable privée face à Long Island Sound avec vue sur l'île Charles! Silver Sands State Park à 30 mètres! Marcher sur la plage, kayak, vélo, courir. Grande terrasse! Restaurant à distance de marche et beaucoup plus à une courte distance en voiture. Garez jusqu'à 4 véhicules sous la maison. Ceci est une maison de plage élégante nouvellement construite avec beaucoup de fenêtres! Vues, emplacement et ambiance. Bon pour les couples, les aventuriers, les familles (avec enfants).

Very clean and everything we could possible need was available. The beach was just beautiful and the house was set up to enjoy it in any type of weather. Communication was excellent and prompt. Loved our stay.

Graduation Getaway

This was the perfect graduation getaway for my family. We have rented via VRBO before and this is among the top stays we have ever had! From the property, to its location and amenities, to the kindness and communication with the property owners, it was all fantastic!! The house is exquisite and there’s nothing that it doesn’t have. Its prime location and the views from the house, the deck, and the master bedroom are breathtaking. The property owners were incredibly helpful with advice about the area and even left a special gift celebrating my daughter’s college graduation. The house, its location, and amenities made the graduation celebration even more special and memorable!!

Fantastic Family Trip

Location cannot be beat! Beautiful Sunrises! Amazing views from the house out to the beach and the island. Chef’s kitchen with everything we needed to cook for our group of 6. Master suite has a private deck. Master bath has large jacuzzi tub. Off street parking under the house for our cars. Hosts were wonderful.

Amazing experience

The house was beautiful and had everything you could need to have a perfect stay. There were special touches from a welcome basket to waters at every bedside that made our stay even more special. We are grateful to Victor and Kim for a wonderful experience!

Family Celebration

We rented the house as our family was in town for our daughter's college graduation and wanted us to all stay together to enjoy our weekend. The house was spectacular and the hosts thought of every possible detail to make it a great experience. From the thoughtful bottle of wine and prosecco as a welcome gift to waters by the bedside and toiletries in the bathroom, we were provided with a 5+ experience. The views from the house were stunning and we enjoyed a daily walk along the beach. It was the perfect venue for a special weekend. We would highly recommend.

Best house I’ve ever rented on VRBO

Everything about this home was perfect! The view took your breath away, even on a rainy day. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for fabulous meals. The hosts were attentive to every detail. This was a wonderful place for a special family celebration. Thank you.

Ladies annual beach week

5 of us “mature” women have been taking a beach vacation every September for 13 years at the CT shore. Victor and Kim’s house is the nicest house we have stayed in! It is a beautiful house, decorated with thought and attention to detail. The kitchen lacks nothing. The beach is very easy to walk and the view is delightful. I will also add that Victor was very prompt in answering any question we had. It was a pleasure to spend a week here and we will return!

Great home and location!

My family and I rented this home during my son's graduation from Yale. We could not have made a better choice! The owners were just awesome to deal with and great communicators! I highly suggest this home as a departure from staying in New Haven for the Yale festivities. Having our stay here, allowed for us to host friends and family over for a wonderful celebration! The home was very clean and very new! Absolutely loved it!

The perfect beach weekend

This house and the owners delivered on an amazing weekend at the beach. Location is perfect for quiet and relaxation and just steps to the state beach park and local Milford. Looking forward to returning this summer.

Perfect home away from home

This is the second time we stayed at this house over the holiday season to be near extended family. Not only is the location on the water perfection, but the house is comfortable and abundantly stocked for those who like to cook and need to entertain for a small family visit. Victor and Kim are very attentive and thoughtful hosts. We look forward to someday enjoying the beach house in a warmer weather month.

Wonderful house right on the water

We had a great stay. The house is spacious and clean, with a fabulous kitchen- the best-stocked kitchen we’ve rented in a long time, you can cook just about anything. The view over the water is great and was very relaxing. We loved being close to the state park and Charles Island, but just a few minutes drive from numerous restaurants, shops, etc. Communication was good, and little touches made us feel very welcome. The beds were comfy, and there were plenty of bed and bath linens. All the appliances are new. Highly recommend!
