Villa4Dreams is a magnificent, modern villa ideally situated in a secluded location with stunning views of the sea and the mountains, in a beautiful countryside setting, just a short drive from the town of Rethymno. Rethymno offers an array of tourist attractions, amenities, and a vibrant atmosphere.



The villa is designed as a one-story layout and features two spacious and comfortable bedrooms, with an additional sofa bed available for an extra guest. The large and elegantly furnished living room is equipped with all modern amenities, including a large flat-screen satellite TV, comfortable sofas, and a beautiful dining table. It seamlessly connects with the exterior relaxation areas. There are two modern bathrooms with shower enclosures, and the open-plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and accessories. The entire villa is air-conditioned, and high-speed Wi-Fi coverage is available throughout the property.



The outdoor areas of Villa4Dreams are equally stunning and fully furnished. You'll find a large dining table, a sofa, an armchair, and comfortable sun loungers nestled under wooden gazebos. The villa also offers a stone-built BBQ in a shaded area. The private swimming pool has an oval shape that beautifully complements the architectural style and the natural surroundings. It is surrounded by a vast area, most of which is covered in lawn, and the rest is adorned with beautiful trees and plants. In the fully enclosed garden area, there's even a mini-golf area for extra fun and a secure parking space for two vehicles.



The nearby picturesque village of Gerani has a traditional tavern, a bakery, a supermarket, and a pharmacy. It's located just 1.5 km from a beautiful small beach and a charming fish tavern. Within a 4 km drive, you'll find a 10 km-long sandy beach with numerous beach bars. Rethymno, the bustling town with all imaginable tourist amenities, museums, a fully organized sandy beach, and a magnificent Venetian old town, is just 10 km away.

Wonderful Villa

Perfect Holiday Villa

Very nice situated villa in the hills of Gerani. A quiet spot only with the sound of nature. Perfectly organized and managed by the owners. We will come back.

Fantastic property

Amazing property. We had a fantastic stay. Hosts were wonderful. Property was kept incredibly clean, especially the pool area. A map would have been handy to help us find the place while avoiding the summer evening road closures in Gerani. But other than that it was fantastic. We will definitely go back!

Amazing view, peaceful location, perfect house

We loved our stay here. The hosts were so kind and welcoming. The house is gorgeous and exactly as shown. In the village of Gerani, there was a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, and atm. Old town Rethymno is close and very lovely. You are a little more than an hour from Chania and Heraklion. So great location. We loved the rustic location with lots of farms and animals nearby.

Wonderful Villa!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. The owners are really lovely people who made us feel really comfortable. I would highly recommend this villa if you like to get away from it all and experience the real Greece. All you can hear is the sound of Turtle doves and sheep bells, wonderful location. The nearby village has some really nice tavernas, cafe's, supermarket, butchers and bakers, the locals are really friendly and kind. We loved this area and the villa and look forward to returning.

Fabulous house in lovely Gerani

When we arrived we were welcomed enthusiastically by the very friendly owners. The house is spatious , clean and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The airco in the house and bedrooms was very welcome. The small village is at 5mins and has supermarkts, a nice bakery and some good restaurants like Maxis and Staras Comfort food. We really enjoyed the nearby restaurant Fisalida at the Beach of Gerani.

An amazing villa

The villa was even better than described and the hosts were so lovely and friendly without being intrusive. Everything was there that you could possibly want and it was very very private. The village is so friendly with 4 choices of taverna, all really good plus supermarket, chemist and bakers. Will definitely go back. The last bit of road to it could be tarmac

Beautiful villa

Great villa and such lovely owners. Everything you could need is provided with a clean and change of bedding/towels mid week. Pool was kept spotless although a bit cold but it was October! The villa is in a lovely quiet spot although the road to it is a bit rough. We did get lost trying to find it in the dark, we missed the sign for it but found it in the end, we were late but the owners came straight away. Super hosts!

Magnifique Villa

Nous avons passé un super séjour à la villa. Très propre, bien aménagé, super piscine et extérieur calme et agréable. Voiture nécessaire pour les déplacements mais on trouve tout à proximité. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants autant à l'arrivée que lors du départ car nous avons reçus des petits cadeaux. Nous recommandons cette villa ! Fleur

Die Villa sieht genauso aus wie sie beschrieben wurde. Ein wunderschöner und gepflegter Pool indem wir täglich Stunden verweilten. Wir waren zu dritt als Familie mit unserem 9jährigen Sohn dort. Die Größe der Villa ist definitiv für eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend. Ein Mietwagen wird dringend empfohlen da die Villa etwas abseits gelegen ist. Die Zufahrt zur Villa ist mit engen und steilen Straßen verbunden. Wir haben uns aber schnell daran gewöhnt sodass es für uns kein Problem darstellte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend. Die Gastgeberin Maria war mit ihrer Herzlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit nicht zu übertreffen. So stellt man sich einen perfekten Urlaub vor. Absolute Weiterempfehlung

Die "villa4dreams" ist tatsächlich eine traumhaft schöne Unterkunft. Sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Ankommen und gleich wohlfühlen - so haben wir es empfunden. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und haben mit einem Raki angestoßen. Es gab für uns eine Obstplatte, Wasser, Wein und Saft. Der Pool und die Sitzgelegenheiten sind perfekt zum Entspannen. Im Haus haben wir nichts vermisst, weder im Küchenbereich noch sonst. Wer Ruhe mag, ist hier absolut richtig. Es wirkt ländlich durch den krähenden Hahn am Morgen, aber man ist auch zügig an der Hauptstraße und in Rethymno. Zum Abschied gab es sogar ein Geschenk von den Gastgebern, für das wir uns noch einmal herzlich bedanken möchten. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden es wieder buchen.

Das Haus ist ein Traum, alles stimmig, sauber, komfortabel, einfach wunderschön. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsberit, haben uns bei unserer sehr späten Ankunft ganz lieb begrüßt und uns auch sehr aufmerksam verabschiedet. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt im Haus und auch sonst überall auf Kreta. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung. Wir sind begeistert und wollen gerne wiederkommen.

Wunderschöne Villa!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, genauso wie in den Bildern. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und haben uns sogar ein kleines Geschenk zum Abschied gegeben. Was mir am meisten gefallen hat, ist wie privat die Villa ist. Da kann einen keiner sehen und man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Berge und das Meer. Das einzige, was ich nicht komplett gut fand war den Ort - die Villa befindet sich in einem Dorf (Gerani), das weit weg von beiden Flughäfen ist, und das Dorf ist auch ungefähr 2km entfernt von dem Haus. Man braucht also unbedingt ein Auto - um einkaufen zu gehen, vom Flughafen bis zur Villa zu fahren, etc. Das kann man nicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln machen (keine Bushaltestellen in dem Dorf). Die Straßen in dem Dorf sind sehr eng, also ist das Fahren ein bisschen schwierig, aber trotzdem würde ich empfehlen, ein Auto zu mieten! Abgesehen davon war alles super!

Wundervoller Platz zum Entspannen

Wir haben gerade 2 Wochen in der Villa verbracht und hatten eine wundervolle und entspannte Zeit. Das Haus liegt auf einer kleinen Anhöhe, umgeben nur von Olivenbäumen, Hühnern, Ziegen, Zikaden und dem (wenn auch entfernten) Blick aufs Meer. Für uns hat alles gepasst: Villa liebevoll und top ausgestattet, Klimaanlage in allen Räumen, Pool und sonstiger Außenbereich sehr geschmackvoll, gepflegt und einfach schön. Jeden Morgen kam in aller Früh (wir haben ihn oder sie nicht einmal gesehen) ein Helfer, der den Pool säuberte und den Müll mitnahm. Jeden Abend hatten wir Besuch von einer kleinen hungrigen Glückskatze und wir würden uns sehr freuen von anderen Urlaubern zu hören, dass es ihr gut geht. :-) Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich bei Ankunft mit einem selbstgebrannten Raki begrüßt und hatten eine kleine Erstausstattung des Kühlschranks bereits für uns eingekauft. Während des Aufenthaltes jederzeit unkomplizierten Kontakt über WhatsApp über Telefon bei Bedarf. Sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Super Villa

Zusammen mit 4 Freunden habe ich diese abgelegene und luxuriöse Villa gemietet. Uns allen hat das Ambiente sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben sich um alles gekümmert. Bei zwei kleinen Problemen haben sie und direkt auf ihre kosten geholfen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und die Klimaanlagen kühlen das haus abends schnell herunter. Der Pool ist überraschender weise noch viel größer als erwartet und die sonnenbetten sind perfekt für ein schattiges Plätzchen in der prallen Mittagssonne. Zum Schluss ist noch hinzuzufügen dass wir eine person zu viel für die betten waren. Dies war allerdings kein problem da man auch gemütlich auf dem sofa schlafen kann. Wenn ich nochmal nach kreta fliege, werde ich diese villa und ihre Vermieter auf jeden fall kontaktieren!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit großem Garten und super Vermieter

Schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten und Pool mit Blick aufs Meer oberhalb eines süßen Dorfes gelegen. Man braucht ein Mietauto um zum Strand zu kommen (ca 8 Minuten zum nächsten Strand) und auch ins Dorf sind wir immer mit dem Auto gefahren (ca. 5 Minuten). Man kann aber auch laufen wenn einen die Steigung nicht stört. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Bei unserer Ankunft hatten sie bereits einige Lebensmittel für uns eingekauft und auch Wein und Raki standen bereit. Wir bekamen sogar frische Eier von den Hühnern deren Gehege an das Haus angrenzt. Auf dem angrenzenden Grundstück gibt es auch noch Schafe und Ziegen, über die sich unsere kleine Tochter riesig gefreut hat. Sie hat sie regelmäßig mit Blättern gefüttert. Als die Aussendusche beim Pool nicht richtig funktionierte, haben die Vermieter direkt einen Handwerker bestellt und waren auch sonst immer sofort da und jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar. So freundliche Vermieter haben wir noch bei keinem anderen Ferienhaus erlebt. Sogar beim Abschied gab es noch ein Geschenk. Einmal die Woche war eine Putzfrau da, die sehr gut sauber gemacht hat und der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem Haus.

Fantastisch!!!

Superschönes, gepflegtes Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung mitten im Olivenhain, Meerblick von Terrasse (Auto empfohlen). Gute Ausgangslage für Besichtigungen und Strandausflüge. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Sehr freundliche und immer ansprechbare Vermieter. Im Ort Gerani mehrere Tavernen und Geschäfte.

Luxury villa in a beautiful setting

This villa is a gem. The owners have spared no expense and left nothing to chance in creating a gorgeous luxury villa amidst the striking Cretan countryside, with views of the sea and the distant mountains. The facilities are very special - a generous sized pool, high quality and plentiful outdoor furniture, well maintained grounds, and even a one hole crazy golf course! Inside, we lacked for nothing in the kitchen and were very comfortable in the bedrooms and lounge. The local village, Gerani, is a one kilometre walk away down a quiet country lane and has local shops, a couple of tavernas and a cafe. The historic and vibrant town of Rethimno is only a 10-15 minute drive away, whilst Chania is an hour’s drive. We had a wonderful week in beautiful Crete, made more special by the fantastic hospitality of our hosts. We look forward to our return.
