Royal Garden Resort PH 1610 est un front de mer condo de deux chambres, deux et demi-bain située 0. 7 miles au nord de Garden City Pier. Cette unité penthouse en bord de mer comprend une cuisine enti��rement équipée avec micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle, salle de séjour avec balcon priv���, lave-linge, sèche-linge, chauffage central et de la climatisation, des ventilateurs de plafond. Trois t���léviseurs couleur (câble, HBO), et Wi-Fi sont également fournis. Personnes comprennent deux lits queen et deux canapés-lits. Caractéristiques de la zone commune comprennent une piscine couverte et une piscine extérieure, un bain à remous, sauna, piscine pour enfants, un restaurant et un salon, un parking couvert, trois ascenseurs et un centre de laverie automatique sur place. Id��alement situ�� à proximité de quelques-unes des meilleures attractions de la région, Garden City Beach est directement au sud de Surfside Beach et se termine sur une péninsule à l'embouchure de Murrells Inlet. Une des attractions les plus renommés de Garden City Beach est le Pier à Garden City. Parmi les autres attractions Marlin Quay Marina, Gulf Stream Caf��, Corner original Sam et Seafood Restaurant Sara J.

Juste au sud de Garden City Beach est Murrells Inlet, une communauté de bord de mer qui est considéré comme le "Seafood Capital de la Caroline du Sud", mais est également la maison ��� certains des meilleurs terrains de golf de la nation. Fun trip to Myrtle beach

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's rough from the leaking roof to the space yard sale decorations to the mismatched plates and cups and oh yea two of your four glasses are plastic cups from river city lol. The bedroom reals of cigarettes the tv in the living room is about 24 inches there was so much wrong it's hard to list. Good luck if you rent this place wear your scuba gear because its a dive.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a good stay. Spacious enough for four of us and it slept 8. I was a little disappointed in a couple of things. The floors had not been cleaned after previous guests and before we entered at 4:00. The sliding door became too hard to open but we put some olive oil on it and cleaned it up so it would slide more efficiently. No low dryer for hair. I loved the fact it slept 8 with 2.5 baths. The one thing I really dislike with no fault of the owners is parking and entering the same ramp used for cars coming down. That can cause frustration. We had a good week but the parking situation is a big no for future stays.

It was generally fairly quiet. No people randomly screaming late at night. Easy access to pier a half mile away. Very close to murrells inlet for pirate cruise and plenty of good places to eat nearby that were reasonably priced. Also cool arcade at the pier for kids and fishing as well.

The biggest complaint we had is the lack of communication concerning repair and service people appointments. The last two years we've rented, we have had several repair people just appear with no warning, knock, and if we don't get to the door immediately, they all just unlock our door and come in! That needs changed! It is very unsafe and unsettling to realize other people have keys to your rental. My cell number is on file and we should have been made aware these people were on their way. Otherwise, our experience was great.

Penthouse disappointment

The condo was no different from other condos in the same building. We did enjoy our view of the marshland from this particular unit. I was disappointed by the dust bunnies and lint left beside the bed. We had to go to the store immediately upon our arrival as there was not any toilet paper in the 3 bathrooms. Also missing was soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. In the kitchen, there was not any dish detergent. The bed in the first bedroom was very stiff and made loud noises with every move. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will return to Royal Gardens. However, I would not spend the extra money on a Penthouse.

They must have changed things since last year when we stayed in this condo.

The inside was marked up with black streaks on the door facings that made it look nasty. It also smelled bad. The kitchen remodel was nice. There was an end table on the balcony that was rusted and broken as well as the ironing board that were unusable. They also need to replace the mattress set in the bedroom with the light bedspread. It has had it!We will not rent this property again

The people in the area are very friendly and the staff at the condo are very helpful and friendly. The bar on the condo has events that gives you time to just relax with Wednesday night jute box bingo, event holidays and even had a paint class and sushi making class. I will be returning next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Royal Garden Resort PH 1610 was in a great location, close by everything that we wanted to be in proximity to. The condo was very spacious with a nice view of the ocean and the kitchen was nice. However, whoever is hired to clean the condo does NOT do a good job! Yes, the floors were swept, kitchen was clean, toilets clean, furniture dusted, along with clean linens & towels, etc., but the floors had not been mopped in who knows how long. Our first night there we were walking around the condo barefoot & all 4 of us had black feet. The bathroom floors were dirty along with the bathtubs. Not to say the tubs weren't cleaned, but not well cleaned. There were also cobwebs in the upper corners of the living room & hanging from the ceiling in places. Also, our bed was like sleeping on a rock. The other couple that was sharing the condo with us said the same thing about their bed. Other than the cleanliness & beds, nice place to stay. These two issues are very easily remedied. New cleaning crew & softer mattresses! Possibly sending someone in to check the cleanliness before guests arrive would be wise also. Minor changes & you get 5 stars across the board! I normally don't write reviews, especially bad ones, because I know things happen occasionally. However, this condo has not been deep cleaned for a while & it needs it. I would like to say that I would stay here again, but after coming home & viewing other properties in the area for next year, I'll pay a few hundred more for a more updated & cleaner condo.

It was a little out dated on some things. But overall it was a great place! Royal gardens is amazing, definitely with the little bar by the pool.. wish it was a little more affordable, but it’s at the beach at peak time. 🤷🏼‍♀️ So it’s understandable! This is the perfect place if you love ocean front, andddd the fact they have a indoor and outdoor pool and a hot tub!!!! You can not beat this place for the price. Will definitely be staying again!!! .... Also the table on the balcony definitely needs replaced lol

Great ocean views!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this rental. It was top floor and the views were amazing! Love it even better since fireworks aren't allowed on the beach anymore!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was not very clean. Cobwebs in corners by sliding door drapes,dusty and beds were uncomfortable. Especially the sofa beds. Furniture on balcony old and one chairleg broke when I sat in it. We love the Royal Garden Resort but parking was hard in a big SUV.Seems they are always working on elevators there too.

Unhappy with room

Reviewer Comments: Oh stay was great but our room was very dirty, bulbs out tubs nasty couches broken, ceiling fan dirty, con Webb’s in corners TVs messed up called maintenance n he act like it was a problem to come up n fix. Stole was broken. Pillows on couch has holes in them. Needs sewing up. Very disappointed in the cleaning, pd way 2 much money for that room for it to be so dirty.? 1610 needs new cleaners .

Penthouse needs to be updated

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this rental property (location especially). This penthouse needs to be deep cleaned, (fans, top of fridge, behind washer and dryer and floors deeply cleaned). The bedroom to the right as you walk in needs new mattresses. They sink in the middle on both sides of the mattress. The oven burnt everything on the bottom even with rack on top. Light burnt out in microwave. Couches were also wore out just to sit on them. Would recommend if updated.
