This property with swimming pool and air conditioning was designed for your dream vacation and has availability to accommodate 8 people. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room and dining room, equipped kitchen, parking space and a spectacular terrace with outdoor furniture and swimming pool, ideal for sunbathing and playing with adults and kids, without talk to the spectacular barbecues that never end.

On the ground floor we can find: kitchen, equipped for 8 people, with electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, utensils for 8 people and solar panel for water heating. Two bedrooms with double bed and fitted wardrobes. A service bathroom with bathtub. A living room where you can relax on the modern sofas or watch cable TV and use the free WIFI that we have at your disposal, and a dining area where you can find table and chairs for 8 people overlooking the pool.

On the upper floor, with access by stairs, we can find: Two bedrooms, both with double bed, one of which is in suite and with built-in wardrobe. A shared bathroom with bathtub is also available. The rooms have nice terraces facing south.

Outside the house, with direct access through the living room and kitchen, we can find one of the highlights of this spectacular holiday home, the extraordinary south facing terrace with a nice swimming pool for your favourite dives, equipped with table and chairs for the your meals, lounge area with sun loungers to relax and enjoy a tasty glass of wine, barbecue so you can make some grills while enjoying the splendid sun of the Algarve.

For your convenience, the house has air conditioning in all divisions, cot and high chair for baby (on availability), iron and ironing board, bed linen and bath for all guests, weekly cleaning (every 7 days) and private parking for 1 car inside the house.

- No reservation accepted from guests under 25 years old.
- Between 10pm and 08am is not permited any noise.
- A deposit of € 800 is charge from your crédit card for each reservation, this deposit is automatically return if no damage to the house or durty above normal when you check out
- For group reservations under 30 years old, is required a extra deposit of 300€ person, this deposit is paid in cash on check in and returned on the checkout date, if damage to the property or dirt above normal, as per rental rules that you will receive in your email after reservation confirmed.
