Bel appartement très bien situé sur le Royal Mile. 2 grandes chambres et salon / cuisine spacieux donnant sur la rue la plus historique d'Ecosse.

Cet impressionnant appartement au premier étage est une base idéale pour explorer cette belle ville d'Édimbourg, que ce soit pour affaires ou pour le plaisir. Ce magnifique appartement est à distance de marche de toutes les attractions d'Édimbourg, y compris le château d'Édimbourg et Holyrood House. Il est également à 10-15 minutes à pied de la gare / tram / bus.

L'appartement lui-même dispose d'un salon / cuisine avec des fenêtres donnant sur la rue la plus historique d'Édimbourg - le Royal Mile.
Une cuisine complète entièrement fonctionnelle avec tous les appareils est accessible depuis le salon.
La chambre principale avec lit double a des armoires miroir. La deuxième chambre a également un lit double et des armoires en miroir. Toutes les chambres sont à l'arrière de l'appartement où il n'y a pas de bruit de rue.

Une salle de bain principale avec belle baignoire, douche au-dessus de la baignoire, WC, lavabo et sèche-serviettes, complète le logement.

Une propriété absolument magnifique dans un endroit absolument magnifique. Bien agencé 2 chambres composées de lits doubles. Cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle avec tout le confort moderne, y compris lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, micro-ondes et réfrigérateur / congélateur. Le grand salon avec cuisine est assez grand pour s'asseoir et prendre le petit déjeuner ou simplement pour se détendre. Le WiFi gratuit (avec téléchargements illimités) est idéal pour ceux qui préfèrent travailler sur leurs ordinateurs portables.

À seulement 5 minutes à pied de Princes Street, une excellente occasion de séjourner dans l'une des adresses de prestige d'Édimbourg et fortement recommandée pour les clients d'entreprise.

Great Apartment

Great place with everything you need. Location is good in that it's close to everything, but can be loud. One night we had people partying in the alley behind the until from 2-4 a.m. Was very loud. THen a couple fought for a while yelling at each other until the fellow gave up and stormed off because "he just couldn't deal with her right now." Sounded like they were in my room. NOt a great night's sleep. THat's just part of staying right on the Royal Mile I suppose.

Excellent stay

Perfect location in the center of the Royal Mile, half way between the castle and the palace. Very nice flat with great appliances and well stocked. Having the washer and dryer for clothes was a big plus. It was unusually hot during our stay, but there were fans available for use in both bedrooms. The back room faces a quiet private courtyard, the middle room faces an alley and pub which was noisy one night. The flat stays surprisingly quiet despite being on the Royal Mile. There is one flight of stairs. It’s an old spiral staircase, but was not a problem for us. After you collect the keys, turn 180 degrees and enter through the small metal gate, do not enter through the large metal gate as we did. Overall, a wonderful place, and I hope to stay here again. Thank you!

Perfectly Located

If you want to be at the hub of everything Edinburgh has to offer, choose this flat. The bedrooms are on the courtyard, so even though the living area faces one of the busiest streets in the city, you can sleep quietly. The kitchen is well stocked, too.

Great Edinburgh Condo!

We loved staying at this property! The location was amazing and located on the Royal Mile close to everything that we wanted to see. The check in process was really easy and the owner communicated quickly when I had a question. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location

The flat was centrally located on the Royal Mile. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The stairs were a little tricky with luggage, but otherwise it was great.

Perfect location

This flat is in the ideal location to explore the Royal mile, and is very close to the train station. Just know it is an uphill climb from Waverly! The flat is gorgeous and comfortably appointed, and we enjoyed opening our front windows to the fun of High street in the evenings and got to see a dance group and hear bagpipes. We’ll stay again, for sure!

Perfect Location

Smooth check in process, perfect location, well stocked kitchen. We loved our stay here. The windows open right on to royal Mile nice to sit and sip coffee and watch the hustle and bustle while baby catches on nap. As mentioned in other reviews circular stairway definitely makes it a bit of challenge to haul the baggage up or down but that's true for most places on royal Mile and we were okay with it since everything else was perfect for us. The WiFi was spotty the first 2 days and could not connect to it from bedroom so if you are solely relying on WiFi you need to always be in living room.

Incredible spot!

So it's hard to believe how magical this place was!!!!! Spacious, close to everything actually in the middle of everything but I never felt on display. Our little gate and stairwell was very private. The stairs were pretty serious but we managed our heavy luggage up and down fine. The bed was super comfortable. The "fireplace"(heater) was fun. Our host was wonderful. Oh and right next door had wonderful coffee! I highly recommend!!!

Perfect place, perfect host, perfect location

If you want to truly be in the heart of Old Town Edinburgh, feel the charm and the vibe, but enjoy modern amenities in a lovely flat literally overlooking the Royal Mile, this should be atop your list. Our two-night stay kicked off our time in Scotland, and it could not have been a better beginning. Host was very quick to reply to inquiries, helpful and professional. Place was more than tidy, cute, and welcoming. We loved it - and we think you would, too.

the royal mile

The owner is very friendly and responsive. The unit had a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and most of all the shower had endless hot water. The location was perfect; however, the stairs are not easy, (I am 78) but that is what is to be expected for that part of the city. Overall, the apartment was clean and coinvent and we were pleased.

Nice property, located in heart of Royal Mile

This is a nice, clean property located right in the heart of Royal Mile. We stayed there during the Fringe and it was really quite the experience being in the thick of everything. During the day it was loud from the street performers, but even the Fringe calms down at night, and the back bedrooms are quiet (though we did have trouble twice with noise from people in the alley in the early morning hours). The apartment is on the smaller side; we were a family of 4 and it was a bit cramped with the 1 bathroom. It is up one steep curving flight of stairs, but we didn't have trouble getting our luggage up and down. The owner was very responsive and went above and beyond to help me accept delivery of a package that came during our trip.

Excellent location, host and unit

Wonderfully location in the middle of the Royal Mile. Can walk to everything. Easy bus ride from airport to Waverly station and 10-12 minute walk. Easy checkin/get key. Yes the stairs are a bit steep and circular but a non issue for us. Unit is perfect for 4 people. Beds were super comfortable. Grocery store around the corner. We loved having the windows open to hear the bagpipes and hustle and bustle.

Royal mile experience

Great place to stay while in Edinburgh. Location was fantastic in the middle of the old town area. It was a challenge taking up suitcases two floors using a spiral staircase but we managed. The key system is a little tricky but no problem after we understood it. Never did figure out how to let guests in with a buzzer? We definitely would like to rent again. Owner is very easy to deal with. We still give it 5 stars.

Old Town Edinburgh

This property was in a perfect location to view all the tourist sites in Edinburgh simply by walking out the front door. There was plenty of room for three of us and we enjoyed sitting in the living room after a busy day and before heading out for the evening. It was surprisingly quiet inside the apartment even though it is in the middle of the Royal Mile. The steps up to the apartment are like what you would experience climbing a lighthouse but you are in a very old building. Meeting other visitors on the stairs with luggage was amusing. I was a little confused which lock to put the key into when we arrived but Shahid, the host, answered my phone call immediately. He was also very helpful with dinner suggestions and the travel to the back to the airport. I would be very happy to stay here again!

Perfect location

This location is perfect right on the royal mile. Be aware if you’re coming from the train station the gps will take you to a cut through that has lots of step outdoor steps. The steps up to the apartment can also be difficult to navigate with luggage. If you’re not a sound sleeper you will hear people walking up the royal mile in the wee hours of the morning coming home from pubs. The home was very clean. Great open floor plan with the living room and kitchen. 2 double beds were perfect for myself and a friend in the other room. Laundry facilities in the apartment were an issue for us. It is a washer/dryer all in one machine which we are not familiar with coming from America. The washer was not hooked up properly which the owner took care of fairly quickly. However the dryer part of the machine also did not work properly which we didn’t discover until late at night on our last night. We spent a considerable amount of time through the night into early morning trying to dry our clothes by wringing them with towels and using the hairdryer and iron. I was disappointed that the owner did not offer any compensation for our troubles especially since I asked prior to booking if they had a clothes dryer. Overall a good stay.

Great Central Location

We enjoyed the centrality of the apartment - very easy to walk out the front door and explore the Old Town! The beds were comfortable and check in was very straightforward. We were traveling with our 12 month infant and Shahid kindly had a travel cot and high chair in the apartment. Both were clean and in very good shape, there was also a comfortable mattress provided for the cot. We enjoyed watching the activity on the Royal Mile from the living area in the evenings after our little one was asleep, but found the bedrooms at the rear of the apartment quiet and dark. Thanks for a fun, comfortable stay!

Wonderful Edinburg Retreat

This is a wonderful property in the heart of Edinburg in the middle of the Royal Mile. We traveled with our 21 and 13 year old daughters and it was perfect - even had fans for the summer weather. The front of the apartment allows views and sounds from the Royal Mile if you choose to open windows- while the back rooms are quiet for sleeping. Property owners were amazing - called to make sure we’d gotten settled ok. Highly recommend and would stay again - even with getting the luggage up the stairs!
