Très bel appartement, confortable et bien équipé. Décoration très soignée et belle bibliothèque. Beau panorama sur Paris et quartier vivant et commerçant.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Paris dans l'appartement de Jeanne. Bien situé, clair, chaleureux, il répondait à toutes nos attentes. Nous étions, mon mari et moi, avec trois de nos petites-filles qui ont adoré le temps passé dans l'appartement. En plus, métro et bus se trouvent au pied de l'immeuble, ce qui permet de se déplacer dans Paris très facilement. Quartier sympa avec, en prime, le marché juste à côté le dimanche matin. I rented this apartment for a week in August when I took my six-year-old daughter to Paris for the first time. The location is perfect. In a charming street in the Marais, a block from the Rue de Rivoli and the St.Paul Metro Station, with many outstanding local restaurants within a few minutes walk. The air conditioning, which for me was an essential requirement, kept the apartment very cold when it was hot outside. The apartment is small, as you can see from the advertised dimensions. But the availability of the stove, microwave oven, and small refrigerator made it possible for us to eat dinner or breakfast in on a couple of days which was exceedingly helpful in reducing the difficulty of traveling with a young child. Likewise, the washer/dryer, which we used a couple times, though small, made our trip much easier. All the appliances worked beautifully. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Communication with Pascal, the owner, was excellent. He offered us all assistance, though we never had cause to call on him. All-in-all, five stars.

This home was in a fantastic location. It was quiet and peaceful, yet steps away from exciting Paris street life. The home was well-equipped and communication was excellent. It was a wonderful place to come back to after a busy day in Paris.

My Husband and I travelled to Paris for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. We stayed at this apartment just under 2 weeks and it was perfect. We really wanted to have this true quintessential Parisian experience and it delivered. The view is to die for especially at night so grab a bottle of wine and enjoy. The apartment had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean, the bed very comfortable and seeing it was situated on a busy street it was very quiet. It was perfectly situated for sight seeing as everything was very accessible and walking distance from the apartment. The metro line 1 is just outside the apartment which was so convenient. Our hosts Jean-Michel and Nicole where so accommodating, it was just so lovely to meet them. Leading up to staying, communication with Jean-Michel was brilliant. He answered all my question and was very helpful. Thank you Jean-Michel and Nicole for making our stay so perfect. We most certainly will be returning to this beautiful apartment.

We thank Marsha for making our stay in Paris this fall of 2017 a wonderful time. Her apartment, offered on-line by abritel, is comfortable, practical, clean and pleasant. My friend Fabio and I had a lovely 12 night stay, each of us in a double bed in the two sleeping rooms, which gave us adequate privacy. We spoke both english and french with marsha. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, since we had rather eat at home most of the time, fabio being a specially good cooker. We did appreciate marsha’s being cooperative all the time, concerning the common needs of a tourist, even though we are experienced tourists in Paris, like restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, metro stations, cabs and general information about the parisian 11ème district, where we stayed, at a convenient walking distance to the charming marais district . As art and litterature lovers, we felt at home at this 60m2 apartment full of book shelves and a graphic design look. Very good reading lights and work tables. And some sunlight hitting the apartment in the rear side in the morning and in the front in the afternoon. On our arrival in Paris, we could enter the apartment early in the morning, , after our 11 hour overseas flight. On our departure, we were allowed to stay all day long and early evening, specially in my case, since my flight was in the very late evening and I left for the airport at 7.30 pm, fabio having flied out in the afternoon. Marsha was kind enough to print our boarding passes. A practical good thing is that marsha lives right above the apartment we rented. We highly recommend marsha’s beautiful apartment in paris!
