Parfait pour couple ou séniors, un appartement très agréable dans une petite résidence calme et ombragée, proche plage et restaurants.

The landlady is exceptionally accommodating and concerned. She has helped to make the holiday a sweet memory. One ise really concerned about the satisfaction of the tenants. The flat is relatively inexpensive, offers great comfort within a villa with a large pool, which can be shared, as well as the other surroundings (barbecue area with terrace, etc.). The air conditioning, the modern kitchen with dishwasher left nothing to be desired. It was a pleasure to spend nights there in the best possible and comfortable bed, to enjoy the mild, gentle climate in Javea with all the possibilities in a great nature there and to return joyfully to the comfortable flat with the level of sophistication that one knows from urban centres. The flat is not very brightly lit due to its design, but all in all this is not relevant because of all the pleasant equipment. If you open all the curtains in the morning, it is bright enough. I can highly recommend this nice value for money and would like to return again. You can be sure that the landlady will take the best care of you.

Une maison pleine de charme et très cosy! Les propriétaires sont adorables et avec beaucoup d attention. La décoration est faite avec beaucoup de goût Tout est soigné, et propre. Le confort est au rdv. Nous recommandons et nous y retournerons avec joie.

Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire. Appartement très bien équipé et très bien placé avec une vue magnifique. La résidence est bien sécurisée et le fait de pouvoir se garer est un réel avantage. La proximité de la plage, des restaurants et commerces permet de tout faire à pied. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable

C'est la deuxième fois que nous nous rendons dans cette villa et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfait. Elle est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce et le propriétaire est très réactif. Nous recommandons cette villa les yeux fermés.
