Les points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication et exactitude de l’annonce
We thoroughly enjoyed the central location of the apartment. Although a 20 minute walk from the train station, it was easy to locate. The reception staff was very personable and friendly. She provided early access to the room so we could store luggage and provided worthwhile info on attractions and other locations such as groceries and tourist office. The apartment was spacious with the bedroom and bathroom up a steep flight of stairs. The unit was exceptionally clean. We would definitely book again should we return to Maastricht.

This hotel is so close to shops and restaurants. We had the family suite and it was great! The lady at the reception desk was so nice and helpful . She even made our taxi arrangements. I would definitely stay here again.

Les points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication et exactitude de l’annonce
Convenient location in centre and well equipped apartment. Able to reserve parking space in a nearby covered car park. Good sized apartment, only caution is that there is a steep spiral staircase between the kitchen and rest of the apartment. Also a number of steps up to apartment so not suitable for anyone with limited mobility.

The hotel manager took us to the room, gave us a tour and helped with our heaviest bag. It was a super location and it was essentially a modern equipped full 1 br/1 ba apartment. When we revisit Maastricht we will def stay there!

Room was perfect for us. Although we were there for only one evening, it was centrally located to the historical district, had great amenities which allowed us to wash all our clothes as we had been living like nomads for a couple of weeks. Highly recommend.

Favourite accommodation in Maastricht

We have made Urban Residences our ‘go to’ accommodation whenever we visit Maastricht. Its central location and the high quality of its furnishings are superior to other options.

Great location and suite perfect for long stay!

We loved the suites and the hotel location was the best, close to every thing and walking distance to bus stops, just to note there is no elevator,if you have a large luggage you will need to carry it up the stairs, otherwise perfect for long stay in Maastricht,we stayed there for a week and we loved it!

We spent 5 days in Maastricht and loved having this little oasis in the middle of the city. Shopping and restaurants are a close walk and the train station is a 20 minute walk over the bridge. We loved having plenty of space and amenities like a full kitchen and laundry in the apartment. Everyone we encountered at the property were friendly and accommodating. It was such a treat to spend a few days in the heart of the city, we’d definitely stay here again!

Great appartments in city center

Great appartments in city center. It was our second stay. Cleanliness was not perfect. We found several dirty pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery on arrival. Staff was very fridndly and helpful.

The property itself is clean and the apartment had all of the amenities needed for a family of four. Getting into the hotel is a little tricky and should be explained better. Parking is offsite but there is a 24-hour underground parking lot nearby. The location is near many walkable areas. Would stay there again.
