The property is outside of the town proper, so is quiet and it is possible to see wildlife. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. The view from the balcony was amazing!
Beautiful views of the mountains from our balcony. Great bird watching as well. Unit was small and onsite amenities were limited. Staff was helpful and professional.
We never stayed in a rental before but Moises made our stay enjoyable. He really took care of us in every way. He even made sure we received items left in the room.
Moises took such good care of us, finding a last minute room, delivering items left in the fvirst room, and even helping us find the football playoffs.
Road coming to the property is terrible. If you have a car it may not make it. Definitely need a suv or truck. Most taxis will not come to this location.
Room was nice and clean. Great mountains view. Queen bed was only a double. When asked about it they never answered me.
This property has the most amazing views of the city. Rainbows are a daily occurrence here, specially in the afternoon. The room was very clean and beautiful. The only drawback was that our neighbors in the other room made s loud of noise and we could hear it into the layer hours of the night. The entrance is a bit of a challenge as it is a very poor dirt road. If you have a small car this could be a daily challenge. Overall. I would highly recommend.
A Hidden Gem in Boquete
My stay at Casa Reina by Villa Alejandro was truly exceptional. The property is beautifully designed with brand-new facilities that provide both comfort and luxury. The view from the room was breathtaking, offering a peaceful retreat into nature. The reception team went above and beyond to ensure our experience was flawless, always greeting us with a warm smile and helpful recommendations. This hotel is the perfect combination of modern elegance, stunning scenery, and outstanding service. Iâll definitely be back!
The good, âŠ..the suite was exceptionally clean, modern and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Beautiful views of the valley below us. The not so goodâŠâŠthe road down to the villa is in very bad condition and only single wide lane. The suiteâs mattress is in need of immediate replacement, horribly worn and not comfortable !! âŠ..the charm and the cleanliness help make up for it but I would need to be guaranteed that there was a new mattress before spending another night there.
This place is from a romance novel. Truly. The pictures do not do it justice. Quiet, private, amazing view and beautifully decorated. Attention to detail was evident with nothing forgotten. It is only accessible by vehicle as it is too far to walk to from town but an Uber ride away. Buy your supplies from Reyâs in Boquete, including cream/milk for the amazing ground coffee that is included and enjoy the tranquil seclusion that you only read about in romance novels. I will definitely stay here again with my love. Thank you for the memories!!
It was clean and had beautiful views. The trade off is the road to get the property is terrible. The paved portion is very bumpy in need of repairs and then the last couple hundred yards to the property is unpaved and full of huge ruts and very rocky. We had to take taxis to and from the property and one taxi asked if we'd walk the last few yards that was unpaved. We went with a different taxi. We were told the road condition was from the rain and it was up to the city/town to fix it. Lastly, every morning we woke up to very loud birds and dogs barking so not very sound proof. All in all the property was beautiful but the location was challenging.
Anything villa Alejandro is not good and impersonable. You only get a virtual reception, with lockbox near door to get key. Only staff are cleaning personel and an am recetionist that never seemed to be there during hours stated. Plus pictures are not accompanying selected rooms leading you to believe you get more than you actually do. My wife and i stayed at two different Villa Alejandro establishments and both were equally dissapointing. When we come back to Panama we will definately steer clear of anthing associated with Villa Alejandro.
