Easy parking, building and room access. Clean, quiet, and comfortable, with basic kitchen necessities and a coffee pot/filters. My room had a beautiful view of the water with good birdwatching. Within a short walking distance to the Warped Tour shuttle, this place was perfect.

Great stay. Very close to Universal where we were all week. Only issues were we were woken up by some construction right above us on one day. Then at the end of our stay the cleaners were pretty pushy. They knocked on the door around 10 and we told them we planned on leaving at 11. Then another came back at 15 till 11 and asked us again when we were leaving. Outside of those small things we really enjoyed everything and would return.

Room was very clean and modern and at a perfect spot for us, it was quiet throughout the duration until the last day before checkout where a lot of maintenance was happening and guest above us started slamming and stomping around. It was a little agitating to watch TV when everyone in the hotel keeps connecting to the TV and interrupting our show. The hotel has the perfect location for the parks, universal and Disney with only 20 minute drive and 40 minute walk to universal. Hotel is close to a lot of restaurants, gift shops, and other attractions which makes it better. Worth the money, will stay again when we come back to Orlando. Hopefully I can get the same room next time

Great location close to Universal and also near Disney (no tolls to get there). Property buildings are secure and check-in/out was very easy. Two bedroom condo was a good size for a family of four. Each bedroom had a full on suite bath plus a sofa bed in the common room. Full size kitchen only lacked an oven.

Good property for the price I paid which includes a view of the lake. Room came with a patio and kitchen amenities. The property owner was easy to get a hold of and was accommodating with allowing me to check in a couple of hours early. Check in/out was super quick and easy. Property is located near theme parks, dining, shopping, and other entertainments. My only dislike is that there were only two towels provided and we are a family of four.

The property managers communicated very well. The property is right in the heart of international Blvd and close to all parks and food. The bed in this unit is extremely soft and plush. There is a laundry a facility immediately across the hallway that made it easy to travel home with clean clothes**we left the next guest laundry soap, bleach and dryer sheets under the sink in the unit since there weren’t any** Definitely an easy stay!! Would recommend.

The room was very nice and had a kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, very clean and cozy with a nice tv. My only issue was when i got there they said i didnt have a reservation even though I received my confirmation and itinerary from expedia saying we were all set. I paid when i booked several weeks earlier. When I called to check, they said the room was not confirmed and would have to pay and additional 298.00 to complete reservation. That was false advertising on the price quoted on their website. Plus I paid for the insurance since it was non refundable, not good to travel 1,200 miles by car to find out this info after they sent an email stating we wer all set for our trip. This condo was owned by a private owner that afvertised on expedia. Wasted several hours and more money that i shouldn't have to pay.

I Stayed here for a week, me and my 7 year old. We had the"luxury condo with a lake view". From my understanding not all units are owned and managed by Enclave hotel & suites, some are individually owned which is what I had. So it seems experience may vary because of that. I am writing this as a single mom, on a budget, and just needed a decent place to lay my head, a kitchen, and to fly home with all clean clothes. I was not looking for a true luxury experience. If you want thay go stay at the universal endless summer place next door. Getting luxury for buget price in a prime location in orlando is unrealistic. I absolutely loved my stay, the bed was comfy. Sure the pilows were not the best but if I didnt have back problems I probably wouldn't have minded it. The kitchen was enough for me to make some meals to save on the budget and there was enough dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and other necessary things to get by, but be ready to buy your own spices and dishwasher tabs( i got small stuff from the dollar tree) I loved the view over the lake and seeing roller coasters and rides peeking out over the buildings. The hallways are outdated as everyone says but honestly i actually liked it, it was charming. I saw people out doing touch ups on doorframes and signs letting us know about planned maintenance on hvac so they do keep the place maintained well enough. Stay away from the indoor pool, it was gross. Outdoor ones were fine though. I plan to stay again when we return

The parking is spacious and convenient, and the staff working here is very friendly. The facilities, in general, are in good condition. However, our experience was disappointing. First, the description on Hotels.com mentions that gas grills are available, but this is not true. Our meals were planned based on that feature. Moreover, the room we were assigned did not meet our expectations, and from the moment we entered, we wanted to leave. When we requested a refund to check out, it was denied, forcing us to stay in a place that was not in acceptable condition. Our stay was for 5 days. From the very first day, the issues began. We couldn’t rest properly because the water heater made a lot of noise. Additionally, the dishwasher was out of service when we arrived, the stove knobs didn’t work, and the bathroom sink was clogged. (These 3 issues were fixed during our stay.) There were no extra towels available—only two bath towels and two pool towels. For the sofa bed where our children slept, there wasn’t even a blanket, making the situation even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was an area in the ceiling where water leaked through, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, we found mold in the shower, reflecting a total lack of hygiene and maintenance. When a commission is paid on the platform, it is expected that these situations will be resolved, but that was not the case. The price-quality ratio for what we paid through Hotels.com is unjustifiable
