Balcony Views - Central Location - Quiet Community

Panoramic views stretch from the BVI to St. John, Puerto Rico, St. Croix, and Water Island. This boho-inspired space sleeps 8 total guests. Start your mornings with coffee on your private balcony that offers a front-row seat to cruise ships and airplanes in a daily majestic parade. Steps from the World Famous Mountain Top, this condo is more than a home; it's a passport to unmatched experiences. You’re only a short, 12-minute drive down to Havensite for dining and shopping.

As you step into Cloud View Condo, let’s take a closer look at the spaces that are designed to help you relax and recharge.

Living Room/Dining Area
The sleeper sofa, loveseat, and accent chair, provide plenty of seating for everyone. The large Roku TV allows you to log into and stream any apps you prefer. The views from the 8 person dining table peer over all of downtown Charlotte Amalie, Water Island, and the airport. You can watch sea planes and cruise ships depart over a twinkling evening view of Charlotte Amalie as you enjoy dinner. This common space is the only room in the condo that has air conditioning.

Kitchen
Just off the living room is the kitchen with an electric oven/stove, spacious fridge, and everything you need to whip up a delicious breakfast before heading out to explore Mountain Top or go snorkeling at Hull Bay beach.

Primary Bedroom
The primary suite offers incredible views of downtown, you can even see St. Croix on a clear day. The bedroom is cooled via the cool tradewinds, the ceiling fans, and floor fan. You will sleep on a comfortable king bed and have your own ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Laundry
Located in the primary bedroom, on the way to the ensuite bathroom, you will find the laundry area tucked away to the right. Great for washing your beach towels so you always have fresh ones for you next beach adventure. There is also a coin-operated laundry onsite in case you need to do more than one load at a time.

Additional 2 Bedrooms
Both have comfortable queen beds and are cooled via the ceiling fans, tradewinds, and floor fans in each bedroom. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with walk-in shower. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully decorated to match the boho theme of the property.

Patio
Just off the living room is the gorgeous patio with almost 180 degree views of St. John, Charlotte Amalie, Water Island, Puerto Rico, St. Croix and more! You will find comfortable patio seating and a propane grill (we provide the propane) for some pretty epic nights for grilling. The winds and elevation make for an exceptionally cool stay even when the rest of the island is hot. In the months of December – May, you will want to bring a sweater for sitting out at night as the breezes can make it quite chilly!

Parking
There is one dedicated parking spot at the condo. There is usually space for another vehicle by the dumpsters, but it’s not guaranteed and you have to ensure you don’t block the turnaround for other residents.

Pool
There is a community pool at the entrance to the complex. You will see a metal railing and a set of stairs by the entrance. Head down and you will find the pool. The same incredible views can be enjoyed from the pool deck! Since this is a condo complex and not a resort, they do provide a pool net to clean the pool of leaf debris that may blow in between the weekly pool cleanings.

Seasonal Travel Notice
We strongly recommend purchasing CFAR (cancel for any reason) trip insurance during the months of August - October due to it being our hurricane season. This will help protect your trip and ensure that you don’t lose money due to cancellation policies of airline, car rental companies, excursions, or this rental.

Million Dollar View

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at Mountain Top. Great views of the harbor especially when having cocktails and dinner! Lack of air conditioning in bedrooms was only drawback but definitely not a deal breaker. Property manager and concierge were wonderful to work with.

Great property!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed during our visit and the property was clean and beds were comfortable. It is arguably the highest and most scenic view of the southern island. Just be prepared that it will take some time driving to frequent the downtown. It is central to all island beaches. We did not go to the pool during our stay.

Winter escape

We stayed at this property for 8 days and enjoyed our stay so much! The condo had everything we needed for the 6 of us to stay comfortably. The views were so amazing and sitting on the balcony looking out over the island was the highlight of my day. We spent most of our days exploring the island and enjoyed coming back to the condo every night to relax. A great family escape from the winter cold back home!

The views!

Can’t beat the views! Nice condo, clean and parking was easy. Kitchen could use an update and the dryer wasn’t working well but anything else we needed Megan was right on it. Great communication. In the laundry room, they had beach chairs, floaties and snorkel gear for us to use. It does take sometime to get up and down the mountain but the drive was nice. We were there during Christmas and New Years and many of the locals had their homes decorated with Christmas lights. Kids enjoyed it.

Condo in the Clouds

We had an amazing stay here !!! This place was BEAUTIFUL ! The views can’t be beat !!! Even with no AC in the bedrooms , it wasn’t hot. The breeze at night was so refreshing . Everything was clean. You have everything that you need for a perfect day at the beach : chairs, umbrella, cooler etc. we will definitely stay here again. The checking process was so easy as well . Thanks for such an amazing stay!! 10/10!!!!

Wonderful View

The check in process was easy. The view was spectacular! Plenty of room for 6 of us. Actually found out the day we left, the couch was a sofa bed. House had all necessities including plenty of beach items, a grill, washer and dryer. Only recommendation was the condo needed beach towels. We had a great time and made plenty of memories.

Heaven in the clouds

We stayed here for 10 days and loved everything about it. It is super-quiet, private and the views are breath-taking. The kitchen is well-stocked, beds are comfortable and the property managers are readily available to ensure your visit is perfect. Thank you, Joanne and Ray - we'll be back next year.
