Villa Oasis is a stunning retreat in the exclusive Punta Minitas neighborhood, offering breathtaking views of Minitas Beach and Minitas Bay. Designed by renowned Italian architect Gianfranco Fini, whose work includes Casa de Campo’s iconic marina, this villa embodies elegance, modernity, and timeless beauty.



With eight thoughtfully designed bedrooms, Villa Oasis provides a perfect balance of privacy and togetherness. The bedrooms, adorned in soothing tones, create a serene atmosphere. Two luxurious master suites offer distinctive experiences: one on the top floor with private balconies and sweeping views, and the other on the ground level for added convenience. The remaining six guest rooms, split between the upper and lower floors, each feature en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, ensuring every guest enjoys comfort and privacy.



The villa’s central living area is spacious and inviting, perfect for family gatherings and relaxation. A dedicated entertainment area offers fun for both adults and children, while the game room, complete with a pool table, adds to the villa’s recreational appeal. RESORT FEE

All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.

Effective February 1, 2026, the fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.



RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

> Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates

> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners

> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach

> Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities

> Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center



* FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products, etc)
