Nous vous invitons à rester dans notre condo mexicain / caribéen au bord de la mer appelé Condo del Arbol.
Les tarifs indiqués sont pour un maximum de 4 personnes. Une cinquième personne coûte 30 $ US. par nuit supplémentaire.
Le condo Arbol porte le nom de Tree House en anglais et se situe au 2ème étage, au milieu de magnifiques et grands palmiers royaux.
Il est juste à côté de la plage et de la mer des Caraïbes. À seulement quelques pas de votre condo.
Le condo Arbol a été décoré dans un style mexicain authentique pour vous «emmener» afin que vous puissiez profiter de vos vacances tropicales dans une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante, avec le confort de votre maison.
Attendez-vous à une maison mexicaine moderne dotée de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour vous détendre dans un «Adobe» mexicain Riviera avec un hamac le plus confortable, même pour deux personnes.
Vous aurez votre propre WIFI privé en fibre optique! Alors apportez vos ordinateurs, téléphones, iPad et téléchargez vos émissions NetFlix préférées.
À quelques pas de votre condo, détendez-vous sur le tronçon d’une plage de sable blanc moins fréquentée que d’autres endroits. Nagez dans la mer bleue des Caraïbes. Parfois aussi calme et semblable à une grande piscine, à seulement quelques pas de votre condo.
Notre complexe de condo a une, grande piscine fabuleux pour faire vos tours ou tout simplement pour se rafraîchir, se détendre et pour le total de votre plaisir.
Sur le balcon de votre condo, vous pouvez vous allonger dans un hamac confortable entouré de cocotiers et d'autres arbres tropicaux. Vous pourrez également entendre et observer de beaux oiseaux tropicaux, surtout le matin.
Aussi sur le balcon et pour votre plaisir en plein air, il y a une table ronde et de chaises confortables pour vous asseoir et prendre le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner, le dîner ou tout simplement des boissons de votre choix. Deux ventilateurs de plafond à grande vitesse en sorte que vous appréciez les brises fraîches tout le temps. Parfois, ceux-ci ne sont pas nécessaires que vous ferez l'expérience de la brise venant de l'océan à proximité.
Condo a deux chambres à coucher:
Master a grand lit King, ventilateur au plafond et A. C et salle de bains avec laveuse et sécheuse et salle de bains complète.
2ème chambre a deux lits, frais généraux, ventilateur de plafond.
Dans ce condo, vous trouverez tout le nécessaire pour éliminer tout stress indésirable.
Ce que nous considérons comme des nécessités comprend:
Une quantité suffisante de:
4 0r 5 serviettes de plage (une grande par personne),
Serviettes de bain, (2 par personne)
Essuie-mains et essuie-mains
Des barres de savon, plus du savon liquide (2 petites barres) dans chaque salle de bain,
2 nouveaux rouleaux de papier toilette dans chaque salle de bain (total 4).
La cuisine a:
Nouveau rouleau d'essuie-tout,
 Torchons de cuisine ,
Savon à vaisselle, éponges,
 Un pichet d'eau purifiée de cinq gallons avec distributeur.

La chambre principale a un lit King size confortable avec une, salle de bains attenante complète avec une grande baignoire .Le Autre belle chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux, également avec une salle de bains avec accès à laveuse et sécheuse.
Vous pouvez profiter de l'ensemble de ce condo avec ses deux chambres à coucher, deux salles de bains, cuisine entièrement équipée, des espaces de vie spacieux, y compris un grand balcon pour votre extérieur, la vie tropicale.
Condo del Arbol sera votre maison arbre enchanteur pour la parfaite escapade romantique ou des vacances agréables avec toute la famille.
Découvrez la végétation luxuriante, mexicaine des Caraïbes comme vous détendre dans votre hamac en plein air sur le grand balcon, couvert.
Imaginez-vous ici dans votre Enchanteur Condo del Arbol (Tree House en espagnol). Nous l'avons appelé Condo del Arbol parce que ce est au 2ème étage niché dans la cime des arbres et est entouré de magnifiques cocotiers et autres arbres tropicaux luxuriants.
Condo del Arbol est dans le complexe Natz Ti Ha entre 38e et 40e Sts, sur l'avenue Flamingo. Ce est un beau quartier calme de Playa del Carmen, mais assez près, à une courte distance de 5 à 10 minutes à pied, à la passionnante, célèbre, 5th Avenue.
Natz Ti Ha signifie «de l'eau» en langue maya et décrit ce complexe de condo précisément il est parfaitement situé juste à côté de l'eau cristalline, les eaux bleues de la mer des Caraïbes.
Condo del Arbol est un condo privé et comme ce est notre deuxième maison, nous aimerions que vous vous sentiez qu'il, aussi, est votre maison loin de la mer, mais par. Comme le célèbre dicton est "Mi Casa Es Su Casa".
Les deux chambres, deux salles de bains dans le condo peut accueillir 4 personnes confortablement, mais nous avons un lit d'appoint (lit pliant) pour une 5ème.
Le Natztiha complexe et Condo del Arbol sont construits dans un style magnifique, mexicaine et méditerranéenne et nous avons fourni notre condo à maintenir ce sentiment de sorte que vous aurez l'impression que la saveur tropicale, des Caraïbes / Mexique lorsque vous vivez en elle. Nous voulons que vous vous sentiez bien que vous êtes maintenant au Mexique, à l'écart et de profiter et se détendre sous les tropiques mexicains.
Condo del Arbol vous offre un grand hamac sur la grande terrasse pour vos siestes mexicains. Une table et des chaises sont là aussi, pour vous permettre de dîner en plein air.
Commencez votre journée par un petit déjeuner sur votre balcon, écouter le bruit des vagues et le chant des oiseaux à l'autre comme eux aussi, commencent leur journée ... une excellente façon de commencer votre journée.
Vous serez situé à seulement quelques pas de l'un des meilleurs, Plages de sable blanc, dans les Caraïbes appelé Coco Beach.
Retour de la plage, aller un escalier ci-dessus et profiter de vos margaritas, cocktails, snacks, etc. Ou tout simplement profiter de la brise des Caraïbes et vue. Au moment de la nuit, regarder les lumières de Cozumel scintillent à l'horizon.
Vous pouvez prendre vos steaks, etc, et barbecue sur le gril situé sur ce toit avec sa vue magnifique sur la plage et la mer.
Comme mentionné, Condo del Arbol signifie «maison de l'arbre» ​​en espagnol et nous avons appelé pour cette raison qu'il est niché au-dessus et entre les magnifiques palmiers, de bougainvillées et de végétation tropicale. Tout en restant assis sur la grande terrasse privée de Condo del Arbol et vous vous sentirez que vous êtes dans un jardin enchanté que vous dînez ou de se allonger dans le hamac pour les siestes.
De belles couleurs, peintures murales peintes à la main et tuiles mexicaines décorent l'intérieur spacieux de Condo del Arbol. Il y a fendues unités de climatisation dans toutes les pièces qui peuvent être contrôlés par des télécommandes pour votre niveau de confort. Aussi
merveilleux ventilateurs de plafond sont au long de ce condo, mais ne peuvent pas être nécessaires que les belles brises de mer des Caraïbes souffler à travers Condo del Arbol lorsque les fenêtres et les portes sont laissées ouvertes. Promenez-vous dans les voies naturelles qui serpentent sous l'ombre des palmiers et autour de cascades sculptés et conduire à une grande 19x4 mètres de la piscine, à seulement quelques pas de votre condo, où vous pourrez profiter d'une baignade rafraîchissante.
Nous avons un merveilleux gestionnaires immobiliers qui sont accessibles à vous avec ce qui concerne rien à voir avec le condo. Ils vivent et de leur personnel à quelques minutes. Ils parlent couramment l'espagnol et l'anglais. Leurs employés sont à l'aise en anglais et en espagnol aussi.

Family Vacation in Playa

This place worked great for our family and three young kids (6, 4, and 2). It's in a great part of Playa, very close to the beach, and the condo pool is quiet and very nice.

Hi Doug, thank you so much for your review of my Condo del Arbol and thank you for choosing it from the choice of many in Playa del Carmen. It was my pleasure to have you and your family stay there. Thanks for treating it with respect too. It is good to know that you appreciated our perfect location. I too , think it is perfect being just steps to the beach but enough away not to have sand blow into it and we are able to keep glass windows and doors cleaner. I ,along with my property managers , do our best to keep Condo del Arbol in ship shape. In the low season ,May to October, we go in and tweak or fix anything that needs to be fixed as we are usually booked solidly from December to April . Our complex and Playa del Carmen is a good place to be in the summer months also and we encourage teachers, students and families with children to book ,come and enjoy. My daughter and family always come in July for a couple of weeks. Kids and adults just love our big pool. Being so close to the sea and beach ,there are usually a few things that need our attention in our condo and we make sure to get them done in the lower season after April to make sure all is in good condition for our guests to ensure their comfort. Great condo, centrally located. Close to beach.

Staff at the condo building and the condo manager were awesome. Totally safe, clean with great accommodations, including a washing machine, an outdoor terrace and lots of pool/beach toys for the kids.

Hi Savina, Thank you for your review . It is good to know that you enjoy coming back, on a yearly basis and happy to hear that you also found our condo above standard and gave us a 5 Star rating. We do our best to maintain our condo in ' ship shape ' for our guests and are particularly fussy about it's cleanliness .It is one of our homes by the sea and we enjoy staying there when we are not booked with guests. However, we love having guests/renters and encourage them to come since we do have another home nearby. However, Natztiha is unique and the best with it's lovely gardens, waterfalls and large pool surrounded by tropical trees. Hope you enjoyed the fresh fruit ,fresh squeezed juices and cold beverages we left for you in the fridge to start you off on your vacation. Glad you had the most perfect weather for your nine day stay. Also it's great that the beaches were and are now free of the sagasso seaweed .Everyone is enjoying swimming in the beautiful ,crystal clear Caribbean again. Awesome Vacation Rental

We loved our stay at this condo! From the lovely decor to a fully stocked kitchen it was our home away from home while visiting Playa Del Carmen. The grandchildren loved the pool and the beach which was within walking distance. They also loved the really good WiFi! Several good restaurants and the 5th Avenue are all nearby. Highly recommend!

Patti, her husband and 2 grand children were the most wonderful guests to host. Patti was very easy to communicate with before arrival. They respected my condo and left it in perfect condition. On the day of departure she sent me a lovely note to thank me and to tell me how much she enjoyed my condo, our complex and it's location to everything especially the beach and nearby restaurants. Perfect location

Located half block from 38 Calle ( dozens of restaurants ), 1 block from a beautiful beach, just 2 blocks from 5 th Avenue’s miles of shop stores, large modern grocery store within 5 blocks. Condo had plenty of space and a secluded patio. It truly felt like a tree house w amenities.

You felt like you were in a tropical paradise.

Great location. Great facility. We took our 15 year old granddaughter for her spring break and she said it was one of her best trips ever. She loved lounging in the hammock and we all loved the pool plus being able to walk just around the corner and be on the beach or the center of town.

I am so glad your grand daughter liked it too . My 16 year old grand daughter feels the same way and has been coming to our condo since many years and is always wanting to return. I shall bring her again to Playa this summer when she is on her summer, school holidays. It is actually a fabulous time to be in Playa as the beaches are wider ,for some reason. The area has improved even more ,in recent years with more restaurants ....you will never go hungry nor will anyone need to cook ,as you need only to walk around the corner to 38th street or a few more steps to 5th Avenue. Quaint respite in Playa del Carmen

The condo for us was perfect for us, the friendliness of others staying in the same complex was especially nice, and we really enjoyed the relaxed vibe. Easy walk to two nearby beaches. No matter where you stay near 5th Avenue there are plenty of options for eating. It is a quieter vibe at this location as opposed to the ferry terminal end. Our host was very kind and easy to work with. We loved it here and hope to return which is the best recommendation we can give.

Adorable condo

The property was perfect for our family of four. Great location that is a block to the beach and walking distance to shopping, food and much more. It was colorfully decorated with fun murals and bright tile work throughout the condo. Property manager always responded to an inquiry immediately. Will definitely be back!

Awesome stay and location! Great for families.

My family loved staying here. The location to the beach and town are very convenient. We have our favourite spots to dine out or just go for a snack! My teenager loves to shop on Fifth Avenue and my toddler is happy to stroll along or push the stroller! The pool is ideal for everyone and we love having the option to walk the beach or take shade back at the pool. Our favourite excursion is Xel-Ha - we go every year! Thanks to Cheryl for being so accommodating and helpful. Hope to be back in the summer!

AWESOME CONDO IN THE BEST LOCATION OF PLAYA !!!

We had one of the most memorable Playa vacation experience in a long time. Condo Del Arbol was very warm, charmingly beautiful, and comfortable. It suited all of our needs and exceeded our expectations. Cheryl is a wonderful hostess and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We were even greeted with a welcoming personalized note from the owner and refreshments ! Thank you Cheryl for your kind hospitality. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back again. Condo del Arbol

Wow, we had a blast! I hate to admit it,but we went out every night for dinner.A different restraurant every night and loved them all. The Mexican people were warm and friendly, the condo was perfect, div,e shop across the street(blue life). Close walk to the beach,rooftop deck for morning coffee ,all of the pictures are accurate we loved it. Thanks, Cheryl for sharing your condo with us. Jeff Lipstreu 3/29/18

Thank you so much Jeffrey...we enjoyed having you and Patsy, stay at our Condo del Arbol. You did the perfect thing by going out to all the fabulous restaurants here in Playa del Carmen. It has become a place the ' foodies' love. Yes, it is great that there is a dive shop so close by and many of our guests have enjoyed using their services. It is good that you went to our rooftop to enjoy your morning coffee and the beautiful views from there of the sea and beach that are ' in our backyard'. The sunrises from there are spectacular. We have loved going up there also for cocktails in the early evening. We are in full agreement with you about the warmth and friendliness of the Mexican people and that is why we enjoy living here all year round at our other condo and we do take advantage of going to Condo del Arbol for weekends when it is not rented. This mostly in the low season starting in May. Having said that , Playa has become so popular because it is now one of the ' in' places to vacation, that there is no such thing as low season anymore. We also find it very safe to walk around or drive. I cycle all Playa over during the day, going to the gym ,grocery stores etc. One has to use common sense like we do anywhere. Great Condo, Great Location

We just finished a week in Playa at Natz Ti Ha and had a wonderful time. The condo is large and clean with excellent furnishings and a great Mexican feel. With two big bedrooms both with ensuites, it's great for families or 2 couples. It's a very short walk to a beautiful beach, with great snorkeling feet from the shore. Also a short walk away is 5th Ave where you have tons of restaurants and lots of shopping. The kids loved the pool, clean and lots of lounges or the Mom’s and Dad’s. The staff on the property are clearly visible and always willing to lend a hand. Absolutely no complaints, all around excellent property and fabulous time. We will be back for sure!

Good visit

As you can see by my star rating the only reason there weren't all 5 stars is because after visiting the entire condo complex I noticed that the one condo we were in had not been updated as far as the windows and doors go. This allowed many mosquitoes etc. to enter any evening we had lights on. We found a partial solution by using mosquitoe coils every night. Other than the fact both myself and my husband are mosquitoe magnets, the place was clean and extremely well supplied. You decide!

Our Condo del Arbol in our Natztiha Complex is indeed unique as we have kept all the original beautiful Mahogany doors and windows intact. This is usually much admired by all and we love it. As we are in the Tropics and sometimes do get mosquitoes after it rains, we have equipped, with perfectly fitted mosquito screens ALL windows and doors. This we check and keep updated in case of any wear and tear. You can happily sit inside our condo with the lights on at night without any mosquitoes coming in as we, ourselves often do especially as our condo is so close to the beach and sea and we enjoy the sea breezes instead of the A.Cs. However ,we do have 3 Split A.Cs if our guests prefer this and which, actually, even we, like to sleep with it on at night in the bedroom . On our balcony, as well as in every room inside, we have overhead/ceiling fans which mosquitoes dislike and therefore normally stay away. On another note, I am happy to hear that the guests found our condo to be " clean and extremely well supplied " . We endeavor to keep everything in Ship Shape as we , ourselves like it to be for ourselves.

excellent condo in the heart of playa del carmen

we loved this condo. i was there with my husband and 2 children aged 16 and 13 years. it had a full kitchen, 2 very spacious bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and i it also has a good sized patio with a table and chairs and a lovely hammock. we all enjoyed relaxing on the hammock. the pool was bigger than we expected so that was also a big plus. the best part is the condo us a 2 minute walk to the beach and another 3 minutes to town. it is in the heart of playa del carmen. there are many shops and wonderful restaurants nearby. no need for a car and easy to find a taxi when you need one. the locals are very friendly and as a french speaking Canadian who took a year of Spanish in college, it was awesome speaking spanish for the first time. i highly recommend this unit. you will not be disappointed. we were there for a full week during my children's christmas break.

Yes, I agree , the location is perfect as we are practically beachfront with just the quaint Hotel Makehal at the right side and partially in front of our Natztiha Complex and directly on the beach. Isn't it great that you were also easy walking distance to restaurants and everything but enough away that you didn't feel crowded? Good that you were able to practice your Spanish! I am sure that was greatly appreciated by our staff ,waiters and many in the shops. Most speak some English but they love it when someone speaks their language. Maria, welcome back anytime . You were a pleasure and respected our condo. I wish you all a Very Happy 2019 ! The kids ( and you ) would have loved to have been on our Natztiha rooftop patio tonight, looking at the fabulous midnight Firework display that is north and south ,right down the beach. Very cute and comfortable place. Owner was excellent to work with!

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. It was our first trip taking our 3 little ones out of the US. so of course we were anxious about everything but it honestly could not have gone any smoother! Via email, Cheryl provided us with information on available transportation to and from the condo from the airport, as well as detailed instructions on entering the unit and who to contact for assistance. Once we entered there was a gift basket waiting for us of fruit and cookies, as well as freshly squeezed orange juice (and a couple local beers for mom and dad which we loved). That was so thoughtful, especially since we only had a couple bags of chips from the airport and it was already late in the evening when we arrived. The place was very clean and comfortable. It looked exactly like it did in the pictures. There was more detailed information provided in the unit on things to do around town as well as restaurants to eat at. Even though there was a beach a half block away, the kids' favorite thing to do was to play in the swimming pool. You could find shade or sun whenever you wanted. And the people were so, so nice. From the locals who lived in the building to the staff who watched over the place, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Cheryl stayed in contact with us before, during and even a bit after our stay, just seeing if we had any questions or if there were any problems. There were none whatsoever. And when I let her know that our return flight home wasn't leaving until later in the evening on Saturday, she let us stay after checkout time just so we wouldn't have to carry our luggage throughout town with our three kids, as we waited for our flight home. As I said, it couldn't have gone ANY smoother. We would love to come back some time but I think the next time, we'd rather come back without the kids, just so we can try out more of the night life that we missed out on. It looks like there are quite a bit of opportunities in town to have some night time fun :) If you're looking for a nice affordable family place to stay that's walking distance to the beach and 5th avenue, make sure to give this place a shot!!!

Excellent Stay at Condo de Arbol

We had an excellent week's vacation at Condo de Arbol. Cheryl's condo is conveniently located one block from the beach and a few blocks from 5th Avenue. Close enough to shopping, restaurants, and clubs - but far enough away from all the congestion and noise. Upon our arrival, we found that Cheryl had provided a basket of fruit, and a few beers in the refrigerator. It was a nice touch and much appreciated. The condo itself was in excellent condition. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and the shower most enjoyable. I also heard no complaints from my college-aged daughter, or her friend, regarding the twin beds (and the bathroom) in the second bedroom. The fans and air-conditioning, throughout the condo, worked nicely when needed. We usually ate breakfast in the condo every morning. Finding a pot, pan, cup, silverware, etc was not a problem. The patio was a great place to have morning coffee while listening to birds and the sound of a small waterfall below (by the pool). We only used the pool (nicely sized by the way) one time as we generally prefer the beach. The beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and boogie boards were a nice extra and definitely used every day. The wi-fi in the condo is very good and was used by the girls for completing homework assignments while on spring break. It was also used for reviewing restaurants and possible tours/excursions. It was nice to stroll down 5th avenue at night or find a different restaurant for dinner every day. The girls went out twice (two different night clubs) and said they had a great time. They never felt unsafe at any time. Cheryl stopped by one day as I wanted to say hello. She is a very nice and responsive person and really cares about her guests enjoying their stay. Prior to our visit, I sent her emails with questions, and she provided fast, detailed answers for anything I needed to know. In conclusion, I highly recommend Condo de Arbol and its location. Cheryl is an excellent host and I would have no hesitations in visiting again. Thanks again Cheryl for an excellent stay !!!

Dear Dina and David, WoW! What a wonderful review. Thank you so much. I am always happy when our guests like our place as much as we do . We try to keep it in ship shape and welcome any feedback as to how our condo can be improved. We have been fortunate to have been fully booked since mid December and have now ,a few days free before our next guests arrive, to inspect and fine tune. The beach chair that mentioned was rusting and broke has already been replaced and another boogie board put with the beach toys since you mentioned how much you enjoyed them. These boards were left by a series of former guests and at one time we had about five, none bought by me !! This is the way most of our sand toys and floaties for the pool and sea have been acquired. I have a great property manager and he went and inspected the condo right after you left along with his maintenance guy who checked out the light switch and bulbs in the one bedroom that was flickering...all fixed now. Living so close (practically on it) is wonderful but does take it's toll on stuff but we, too, are ' on it ' and maintain everything once we know . It was delightful meeting you both and your beautiful girls. We normally never disturb our guests but you had mentioned before you arrived that you would like to me as you knew I lived in Playa del Carmen with my Golf Pro husband, who manages a Golf course nearby. My property manager normally pops in to check to see our guests are comfortable and to make sure all is in working order for them but I told him I had done that this time . Beautiful condo and an Excellent landlord

The condo and landlord Cheryl are fist class. I liked the location of the unit in between and very close to the beach and 5th Avenue, The unit is a Mexican type of architecture along with a beautiful courtyard in the centre of the buildings. The pool area is very peaceful hidden from the public with lots of palms and greenery and water fountains and very clean water. Cheryl took care of me and I have no hesitation recommending her and this unit and would stay there again. Playa in general was quite nice.

Since you spent 3 weeks , you did mention that you went to Cozumel twice, Tulum and other places. All good things to do as they are all lovely. Best time ever at Cheryl's condo

I really enjoy the proximity to the beach and 5th avenue. The condo is really great, with a nice, well kept, elegant Mexican flavour, a stunning balcony where I enjoyed meals and relaxation, sunny, and the view of the palms was my favourite. The pool is beautifully located with sun and shade and easy social gatherings. Cheryl left treats and starter things which made it easy to settle in.I'll be back for a longer time next year :) Collette

I'm glad you liked our condo as much as we do and enjoyed the same things ,like the spacious balcony surrounded by the tropical foliage including the majestic Royal Palms. Great place to have your morning coffee, drinks or any meal as I know you like to cook and entertain friends for dinner. You are right about about the pool being in a perfect location and it is pleasant to socialise ,if you want to ,with other the Owners or guests that are there particularly in the winter months of Jan., Feb./ March. Good though that the pool area is not over crowded and you can get a lounger to relax and read a book. Our Natztiha complex is in an ideal location ..right next to the beach( as the name in the Mayan language translates to ' near the water ' . Natztiha is steps to many restaurants and a couple of blocks from the famous 5th Ave. where you can find almost all one would need, with it's many restaurants , shops , bars etc ! Beautiful Apartment in great complex

This is our second time staying at Condo de Arbol. The apartment is beautiful, fully equipped and in a great location. It is a short walk to 5th Avenue, but is in a quiet, peaceful part of Playa del Carmen. You get the convenience of restaurants and shops, without the late night noise. We stayed with our two young kids and the pool was perfect for them. They loved swimming and walking around the beautiful complex. The beach is steps away. Cheryl is attentive and was so helpful whenever we had questions. We will definitely be back (again and again!). This is the place to stay in Playa del Carmen.

Wonderful Treehouse Condo !

Our family of 3 teenagers and 2 adults travelled for a week to Playa Del Carmen and stayed in Cheryl and Glenn's Condo Del Arbol. Situated in a classic Mexican style building, the second floor Condo Del Arbol overlooked a courtyard full of exotic trees and plants, giving the feeling of being high in a rainforest. The interior of the condo is stylishly furnished in a traditional way and very functionally laid out with separate master and guest suites as well as very roomy family gathering areas and large patio. The apartment was well stocked with all the utensils and appliances we needed and we found not only clean linen but also fresh juice and fruits on our arrival. We appreciated the clear instructions Cheryl gave us to find and check into the condo which took all the stress out of our arrival. We found the location of the condo to be ideal, just one block from the beach and from all the shopping and dining on Calle 5. Our teenagers were able to hang out safely at the beach while my wife and I shopped and then we could gather for family dinner at a different restaurant every night ! During our stay, Cheryl and Glenn were nice enough to drop over and regale us with stories about the condo and about Playa and were impressed by how much they cared about their guests' experience. We strongly recommend this property to other travelers and we believe that our 5-star rating is deserved !

Life is not perfect

The condo was beautiful, the staff were kind, helpful and charming. Thank you to Raul, Claudio and Jorge. There were some Tropical Storm related issues that were addressed to the best of the staff's ability. The beach was not in good shape. Some of that was related to Tropical Storm Franklin, some of that to this years sea weed issues, The area around the condo was very interesting. 38th street was hopping and DeLocals restaurant on 40th and 5th was a high light with great staff, great food, and REALLY good music. Speaking of music - many nights we were treated to the throbbing base of some business on the beach. It started around 4:30 and ended very late. We were so tired from our adventures that at worst it was a minor annoyance. The condo's color scheme, furniture, and air conditioning were a delight. The water pressure in the shower was perfect. The kitchen stove needs an update. Staff and landlord were very responsive to everything and we would stay with them again but hopefully NOT during a tropical storm.

Hi Susan, Thank you for your lovely compliment on my condo. Yes, I know that the tropical storm ,Franklin,rolled in and I am glad that our property manager ,Claudio, promptly attended to any issue caused by it. Also,we do have a great staff at Natztiha . Raul, the security guard and Jorge ,one of Natztiha 's long time staff members ,are always helpful and they inform our property manager about what ,if any ,problem occurs, so that it can be resolved it asap. Thank you for acknowledging them. We are going to look into the music from the beach club and have them stop. It has occurred before and they were made to stop by the local authorities but now ,for some reason ,seems to have started again. The Mexicans like to celebrate the full moon (which it was ) with music, dancing etc.on the beach. However, it was good that you managed to sleep well. Perfect that you got out and enjoyed the beautiful area and had some adventures. It is well worth it and I and my family have done this a few times. I highly recommend ,to our guests, to explore the beautiful Riviera Maya. Susan, welcome back anytime . Bear in mind, that there are no tropical storms ever, from Nov. to June , and we can ' almost' guarantee good weather ,unless,of course, global warming changes this all over the world. You were fabulous guests, very considerate and respectful of our condo.We appreciate this and would love to have you for a return visit. Beautiful and Relaxing!

We loved the condo! It was very home-y, comfortable, and clean. The decor with Mexican accents (pottery, tile, etc) extended the vacation feel. We had everything we needed and everything worked :) It was the perfect size for our family of 5, with 2 kids and 3 adults. The pool is great - and our kids had a blast. It has a shallow area for the kids, deeper area, and is long enough to swim laps. The Mediterranean style building was very nice - and the property was very well maintained. The maintenance people were very polite and helpful. The owner, Cheryl, provided excellent customer service, and was very responsive. The location of the condo was very good: we were steps away from the beach, and had very good restaurants just around the corner. While we were at Playa del Carmen, we also took the ferry to Cozumel and explored a few other beaches including one with sea turtles. I highly recommend this condo! :) We had a wonderful vacation! We are Canadians and love everything about this part of Mexico. Playa del Carmen ,on the Riviera Maya has the perfect climate.
For years we searched the Caribbean Islands which even though we enjoyed, we found Playa del Carmen on the Riviera Maya with it's similar white ,sandy beaches and clear, blue Caribbean sea to be an absolute Paradise. The Riviera Maya allows you more opportunity for excitement than the confinement of the small Caribbean islands.
In Playa del Carmen you can safely walk to everything. From our condo ,the beach is only a few steps away. Restaurants, shops and more are right around the corner.
Here you have more choices of things to do and will never be bored as you can just hop on one of the comfortable Riviera Maya buses and tour the entire area or take the conveniently located ferry to the island of Cozumel . You can rent a car and drive to Holbox or to the Merida (the capital and a lovely colonial city) and also many more interesting places.
We escape gleefully to Mexico as often as possible and especially as soon as the cold weather creeps into our other hometown city, Toronto ,Canada!
In Playa del Carmen ,for our condo, we have great property managers who speak English, Spanish and Italian. They do a fantastic job and are there to assist all of our guests ,should anything be needed ,concerning our condo. Claudio and his team have been complimented by our guests.
Should you want to play golf, Golf Courses are a 10 minute drive or less from our condo.

The balcony is a private outdoor space and is covered and spacious. It is fabulous to relax in the most comfortable hammock. You can be outside even when it rains .Enjoy your meals outdoors too.
In our Condo Arbol, you will feel like you have escaped the big cities of North America or Europe. We have particularly decorated this condo in a style to have you experience that feeling of being in Mexico . Lie in our comfortable hammock on the spacious balcony and watch the birds or pick a coconut off one of the nearby trees, or just watch the birds.
The architecture of the complex and particularly that of Condo del Arbol with it's mahogany doors, rounded doorways columns, gorgeous Mexican tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, will make you feel you are in a different world. Isn't that how a vacation should be, to 'get you away' from the everyday routine?
In our condo ,you will find a binder with suggestions for restaurants ,tours and more. We will recommend a great transportation service that will pick you up and take you back to the airport. This same service offers tours to different parts of the Riviera Maya for you to see the ruins at Tulum, Coba and more. We send you all this information on confirmation of your booking.
We have a wonderful property manager, Claudio . He and his team take very good care of our guests should they need anything to do with the condo. They make sure to check, clean and prepare our condo for our guest's arrivals.

We are indeed ,only steps to the most beautiful beach. Coco Beach will be your front yard. You won't even have to put on your sandals to be on this beach .

*Near many fabulous restaurants on nearby 38th Ave where you will have many culinary choices. The famous 5th Avenue is around the corner from there for you to stroll and to experience more restaurants and shops. You can shop for your Caribbean delights(souvenirs) at the small stores all along these streets.

Back in your condo you can relax ,have a siesta, in a large hammock. Enjoy outdoor living on the covered balcony for dining ,siestas ,reading ,chatting and having a cocktail. We love the fact that we are never confined to being enclosed and can enjoy being outside ,all the time, rain or shine.
It is mostly sunny in this part of Mexico with temperatures that will make you forget snow and ice and for sure the only ice you will see will be in your drinks.
The Mexican tile work throughout is authentically Mexican. There is also a peaceful, spiritual feeling in this condo with its soft ,rounded architecture .
