Feasts for the eyes abound via colourful works by local artists, sky tower views from the shady private balcony, and floor-to-ceiling windows with the tops of large trees ensuring privacy. You are in the center of Auckland, a minute or two from the theater district, comedy clubs, restaurants and cafes. You are on NZ's number one street and just a short stroll from all points of interest. If its time to work a study and desk awaits with unlimited fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Onsite garage parking is on request.
My apartment is near new and has been thoughtfully designed to be comfortable, while also being stylish and modern. The furniture has all been lovingly chosen including beautiful works of art from local New Zealand artists.
This is one of the few apartments in the building that has a private balcony, is spacious,and looks out to fantastic views of Auckland CBD, including the iconic Skytower.
There is a 65” Samsung Smart TV, internet connected so you can use your own Netflix account. A streaming system with KEF speakers ensures great sound.
The kitchen has a microwave, Nespresso machine, a juicer, an electric stove, kettle, fridge, toaster, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. Coffee and tea complimentary.
There are two large and comfortable bedrooms - both have Queen sized beds with 5-Star hotel quality linens. Both bedrooms have direct access to their own en-suite bathroom.
There is also a separate study room with desk, chair and storage. A great place to put your luggage.
Guests will have full private access to the apartment, and have shared access to the indoor heated swimming pool and gym.
I will give my guests privacy but am available 24/7 if you need any assistance.
Located on Queen Street in the heart of the Central Business District, Sky City and The Civic are just minutes away. Stroll up to funky Karangahape Road and fashionable Ponsonby Road, while theatre, comedy, restaurants, and cafes are all close too. There are two parks minutes away and the coziest little French Bistro along with an array of Asian foodie restos almost outside the main entrance.
The airport bus stops a 10 minutes walk away, the apartment is located so centrally that you can get everywhere by walking, however there is also excellent public transport you can use if you want to explore Auckland.
