Casa Mia is a delightful four-bedroom villa designed for comfort and relaxation. Each bedroom is elegantly decorated, offering a calming atmosphere, with full air conditioning ensuring a comfortable stay.

The villa’s outdoor spaces embrace the Caribbean lifestyle. Enjoy cooking on the barbecue or wood oven and dine al fresco in the charming outdoor dining area under the stars. The salted and heated swimming pool provides a perfect retreat, whether for a refreshing morning swim or a leisurely afternoon soak.

RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.

RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE
Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:
> Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates
> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners
> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach

* FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products, etc)
