Casas Palmar and Tocayo in Sayulita are located in the beautiful beachfront Villas del Palmar complex on the north side of town. With a well-kept shared swimming pool, these lovely homes are steps from the beach. Located on the sought-after northside of Sayulita it is just a 3-5 minute walk to town and restaurants. Located in front of the less crowded left surf break. This is the perfect home for families or friends traveling together. You do not need a car once you are here and there are no steep hills to climb, but some enjoy renting a golf cart for running around town.

Casas Palmar and Tocayo are adjacent to one another, each home has 4 bedrooms, 3 or 4 baths, and 2 kitchens, for a total of 8 bedrooms, 8 baths, 4 kitchens, and sleeps up to 20 guests, 16 adults, and 4 children.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned, the kitchens and living areas are open-air living and cooled by the ocean breeze.

Casa Palmar`s 1st floor has a beautiful open-air kitchen and dining room perfect for large gatherings. Around the bend is the 1st bedroom equipped with a king-sized bed and charming tile bathroom. The 2nd floor has a comfortable living room area with a great view of Sayulita bay. The 2nd bedroom has a king-sized bed with an individual day bed. The shared bathroom is connected between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom has three individual beds perfect for the younger members of the group. As you ascend the stairs to the top floor a stunning view becomes visible. There is a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, small stovetop/oven, and sink, perfect for entertaining during the beautiful sunsets. The penthouse has a king-sized bed and a lovely attached bathroom.
Casa Tocayo`s 1st floor has a wonderful kitchen with granite countertops, handmade and crafted dining table with attached day sofas to keep your group together. The 1st bedroom is set up with a king-sized bed and attached twin bunk bedroom. A modern and clean bathroom is attached. The 2nd floor has a kitchen, dining area, and comfortable lounge. The 2nd bedroom has a king-sized bed with an attached private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed along with an individual-sized bed. There is an attached private bathroom. The top floor has an amazing swinging bed ideal for a daytime siesta. As you enter into the spacious penthouse room, a king-sized bed, elevated ceilings, and private bathroom grab your attention. The private bathroom is delightful and set up with a bathtub, and shower. Enjoy relaxation after a long day`s travel.
