The Burton House #2B (ADA) is our brand new 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit that sits on a 24-acre estate overlooking pristine Lake Alfred! This luxury, hotel-like accommodation was completed in 2023 to provide 2 guests with a premier experience in southern hospitality! Stay with us for a wedding, a romantic getaway, or your next family vacation to Disney World!
This unit has a King Bed and luxury amenities, including a private porch and outdoor furniture, bathroom with roll-in shower, kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee machine; in addition to plates, bowls, and cutlery. There is access to live TV (HULU TV), Netflix and High-Speed Internet. Also, don't forget to relax by our pool with views overlooking Lake Alfred or play a game of shuffleboard!

The property was originally developed as a private residence by Dr. Charles W. Adams—a founding settler of Lake Alfred, Florida— and his wife, Emmie Reynolds Adams. Over the years, the Estate has served as a cherished gathering place for private weddings and celebrations. The property has since been passed down to the family’s third generation, who have carefully maintained its timeless grace and classic charm. The Estate is being transformed into boutique destination resort for weddings, reunions and other events.
