are provided (please note, no full kitchenette). A dining table is available, ideal for meals,
work, or reading.
- Bedroom Comfort: Relax in a plush queen-sized bed, designed for a restful night’s sleep.
Bathroom: A spacious bathroom equipped with everything you need for a comfortable
stay.
- Laundry: A washer is available for guest use at $5 per load.
- Private Entrance: Enjoy complete independence with your own private entrance. No
worries about accidentally running into the host—your space is entirely separate.
- The Neighborhood: This serene and quiet environment boasts beautiful views, making it
the perfect place to relax. Guests are kindly reminded to maintain the peaceful

- No smoking, pets, or outdoor shoes allowed in the suite.
- Convenient street parking available.
- Private walkway stairs and gate on the left side of the building lead directly to your
entrance.
- The backyard lawn may occasionally be shared with the host, though this is rare.
