Our private and secure property single-level waterfront home is set on a 780*m2 block in the sought-after Rivera Precinct. It boosts impressive features throughout and is perfect for those who love entertaining. Located in a family friendly street, within a short drive of Surfers Paradise, world-famous beaches, Gold Coast Turf Club, Pacific Fair, The Star Casino, HOTA, and Capri on Via Roma.

Other Things to Note:
Our pool is serviced once every two weeks so please expect that sometimes this may fall during your stay with us. Not to worry as we will always alert you as to when the pool maintenance will be coming at least a day before.
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
