The space
Perfect for a family or group getaway.

At worst your teenager will appreciate the high speed internet connected to the NBN.

Has a large deck with outside pool table, table tennis table and large picnic table.

Kitchen is well equipped for cooking up a storm.

The property has its own gym with weight station, treadmill, water rower and stationary bike.

The views extend over the mountains to the Gold Coast and the ocean.
Guest access
When you stay at the property you will have sole and exclusive access to the entire property. I only take one booking at a time and I don’t stay at the property.

You won’t have access to or use of the basement, two hallway cupboards, one cupboard on the top floor, cupboard near the base of the stairs on the lower ground floor and the kayaks and trailer in the carport.

All areas and cupboards you have access to do not contain any personal belongings and all items located there are for your use during your stay.
Other things to note
Tamborine Mountain is a gorgeous place to stay.

Eating out
The closest cafe’s and restaurants are just 5-10 mins drive away in 3 different directions so there are ample options to eat out up until about 8.30 - 9 pm.

Grocery store
The local IGA closes at 6pm and is about 7 mins drive away. There is a pharmacy and bottle shop in the same location too.

Fresh food delivery options
1. Hello Fresh - offer delivery to the property on a Wednesday or Sunday - you would just need to book in the delivery at least 5 days prior to the delivery date. Please let me know if you want to try a free box.
2. Coles deliveries to properties in the area.

Attractions
Tamborine Mountain has so many local attractions and is also so close to all that the Gold Coast has to offer, with the theme parks just 30 - 40 mins drive away.
