Guests also have shared access to the garden and swimming pool, which are shared only with the two other studios and the owners who live on-site.



Outdoor seating under shade and garden views are available for your enjoyment. You’ll have access to all basic amenities, including high-speed internet, cooking essentials, fans, and A/C.

🚫 We kindly ask all guests to respect the peaceful atmosphere of Casa Cactus. Loud music, parties, and unregistered visitors are not allowed.

No smoking allowed on premises.



🐾 Pets are not allowed, and the studio is not suitable for children under 8 years old. Shared spaces such as the pool and garden must be used respectfully and quietly, especially after 9 p.m.



🧼 Laundry service may be available upon request for an additional fee.



**Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including both indoor and outdoor areas.

Guests who violate this policy will be subject to a MXN $1,000 fine for the first offense. Repeated violations may result in immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the property without refund.



All guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to their stay. A secure link will be sent before arrival, and completion is necessary in order to access the property.
