This is Cape Town at its best. A cozy and colourful Studio Apartment
with stunning views in the perfect location.
The Space:
Filled with original craft and design, the creativity that is
quintessential to our Mother City is on full display in this space. The
moment you step inside you will be immersed in the heart of Cape Town -
a city like no other. You will feel your worries slip away and youâll
instantly fall head-over-heels in love and into holiday mode. And
thatâs a promise.
Our light and bright apartment, located on the 14^th floor, sleeps
two. Situated in a block meticulously maintained with 24/7 front desk
security and controlled access to all floors, you will have a free
private indoor parking bay with direct access to the elevators.
The living cum dining area has a fully equipped kitchen with all mod
cons (including washing machine and dishwasher), smart TV, air
conditioning, unlimited high-speed Wifi and full protection against
load shedding.
This fabulous apartment has a twin a couple of doors down. And on the
top floor of the block, we also own a magnificent penthouse, spread
over three levels, complete with its own private elevator. This
luxurious mothership sleeps eight and boasts the most breathtaking
views you will find anywhere in Cape Town. Together these three offer
the perfect solution for those traveling in a group of family members

the quaint De Waterkant Village and the vibrant Bo-Kaap. It is
surrounded by our world-renowned restaurants, local markets, and an
incredible array of galleries and shops. Youâll be minutes from the
bustling Waterfront and the blue flag beaches of Clifton and Camps
Bay. And the wine regions of Stellenbosch and Constantia are less
than an hour away.
* The apartment is a 5-minute stroll from the Cape Quarter shopping
hub. This centre is open 7 days a week and has a wonderful array of
restaurants, boutique shops, a pharmacy, and doctorsâ rooms. The
huge convenience store operates from 8 am to 7:30 pm daily.
* 117 on Strand borders one of Cape Townâs most famous sites, the
Bo-Kaap (meaning âAbove the Capeâ in Afrikaans). With its vibrant
coloured houses and cobblestone streets, this National Heritage
Site is a local treasure. Established in 1760, it is the oldest
surviving residential neighbourhood in Cape Town and forms the
historical centre of the Cape Malay culture. There are so many
things to explore and experience in the Bo-Kaap and we highly
recommend you take some time to do so.
* Created 600 million years ago, Table Mountain is home to the widest
variety of flowers and other plant life in the world, deserving its
status as one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature.
* Our Penthouse is surrounded by Cape Townâs world-renowned cuisine,
local markets, and an incredible array of galleries and enticing
shopping opportunities.
* Itâs a 5-minute stroll to the Cape Quarter shopping hub which is
open 7 days a week with convenience stores that operate from 8 am
to 7:30 pm daily.
* We are within walking distance of the bustling V&A Waterfront.
* Drive over the neck and you will find the legendary blue-flag
beaches of Clifton and Campâs Bay within 10 minutes.
* And in less than an hour you can visit the Winelands of
Stellenbosch or Constantia.
The Block
* Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment
to themselves.
* 117 on Strand has a 24/7 security-controlled reception desk with
private access to the elevators only after first registering in the
reception lobby.
* The apartments are fully protected against load shedding and have
unlimited high-speed WiFi.
* You will have the use of two private indoor parking bays with
direct access to the elevators, again all monitored by private
security.
Other amenities include:
* We can arrange cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an
additional cost.
* Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar,
and basic shower amenities are provided.

Smoking of marijuana, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking mechanisms, devices, and substances is strictly prohibited on the common property as well as inside any section/unit of the building, including inside the individual apartments.
