This cosy peaceful one bedroom unit is nestled in the heart of Woden, across the road from the hospital (350m away), and a 10/15 minute walk from Westfield Woden. It has everything you need to be fully comfortable & relaxed. Luxurious King bed with awesome mattress, lovely bath/shower with spa jets. Washing machine & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, huge UHD smart TV & Chromecast, Wi-Fi, a spare mattress is also available on request.

There is one bedroom, one bathroom, internal laundry, and open plan kitchen & living room. There is a set of 10 steps leading up to the front door. The living areas are carpeted. There is also one dedicated free undercover car space. General visitor parking is also available for free.

The entire unit is for exclusive guest use.

We don't live too far away so can be available if needed, but otherwise we are available throug the Airbnb messaging app!

A few things to know:
The apartment is within a complex of units and townhouses.
There are about 10 steps (no lift) to the front door.
There is no built-in air conditioning. We provide portable heating and fans. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom.

- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn't a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.
1. No parties allowed - there is a ZERO tolerance on parties held in this apartment.
2. No Smoking.
3. Noise to be kept to a minimum past 10.30pm. This is a peaceful residential building with residents living next door to the apartment.
