Welcome to "The Wishbone", a beautifully designed, dog-friendly and fully furnished single family Plum Island home with 2 bedrooms & 1.5 bathrooms, plus detached bunk house with full bed, full kitchen, and bathroom with shower. Just steps to the basin and 1 block to the public beach. The property sleeps up to 8 people in the summer months in 2 main house bedrooms, living room sleeper sofa and detached bunk house.

✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.
Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).
Important: Beach towels are not provided. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. We also have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. If you have any questions, please ask.
