Located in an ideal neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants This canal home with gulf access and boat dock, has amazing views and amenities to offer its guests.
You will be sure to enjoy the many beautiful views from the home. The living room has beautiful views of the water and direct access out to the lanai area. This home features a master king bedroom, as well two queen guest bedrooms. The master bedroom has direct access to the pool and lanai area, and the master ensuite bathroom has a large vanity area and walk in shower.
This home has a beautiful and large outside pool area that you will be sure to love! The outside area has a lot of seating to enjoy time outside as well a couple of recliners to relax in the sun. But that isn't all - this home always has a fabulous tiki area on the dock of the home, giving it the "wow" factor! There are also two bicycles available for guest use.
