Home is around 2500 square feet, modern and fully renovated with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, two living rooms, mud/laundry room and office. Large south facing windows, deck and patios to enjoy the views. Chef's kitchen with professional gas and electric appliances and an inviting open concept living space centered around the large wood-burning fireplace. Master suite has King bed, guest room has Queen, kids room has lofted single bed.
You will love taking in the spectacular views from atop Moss Rock Park in this special and rare professionally designed Victoria property. Mark and Sarah moved to Victoria from Hawaii in 2016. When they found this island oasis they knew they were home. They fully renovated the house in 2018 to take full advantage of the sweeping ocean and mountain views from the park-side, private hilltop location. They are now islanders through and through and are happy to share their home with visitors to their beautiful city.

It is truly a rare location to be a short walking distance to the ocean, Cook St Village, a second shopping plaza, Beacon Hill Park and downtown all while feeling a million miles away from everything. The perfect place to call your holiday hub to jump into the city and then retreat to your oasis.
