Gorgeous 3 Level Home Near NoDa & Plaza Midwood!

Come enjoy this beautiful home nestled between Plaza Midwood & NoDa. Our home is 3 levels, with the main level being the open concept kitchen, living and dining. On the 2nd level is the main suite with attached bath, 2 additional bedrooms & a full bathroom. On the 3rd level we have a foosball table, games, sleeper sofa & smart TV, along with the 4th bedroom that has 2 full beds! Our fenced backyard has a large charcoal grill, beautiful patio lights, corn hole boards & nice outdoor seating area!

- Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule.
- Our home can only accommodate the number of guests shown in the listing details, no additional guests permitted.

Short stay in Charlotte

This home was more than I could ask for. It had more than enough room for my family of 12. It was VERY clean, nicely decorated. All the beds were comfortable. And if you wanted to prepare a meal it had more than enough pots and pans even had seasoning for food. On my next visit to Charlotte I will most definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home with my family and I.

Modern Home in Great Location that is Tastefully Decorated

The home is as described and the photos accurately depict the property. It is more than large enough for 8 adults. The backyard is a great size and there’s ample parking. The modern look and light colors are wonderful.

Even better than the pictures!

We had a lovely stay. Perfect for the 9 of us. We ubered to different areas of Charlotte and it was within 15 minutes of everywhere we went. Cute coffee shops super close and great diner down the street. Not a very walkable area but we made out wonderfully.

Beautiful Home & Location

This is a beautiful home near Plaza Midwood and NoDa areas. House was immaculately clean and organized. Mattresses were very comfortable. All the rooms were clean and simply decorated. All the furniture and fixtures were nice and upscale feel. The backyard patio was comfortable and inviting. Would definitely stay again if the need arose in the Charlotte area.

Gorgeously Functional

Beautiful property that served as our HQ for a work event in Charlotte. The location accommodated 4-6 teammates at various stays. There were enough towels and places to sleep for everyone. The inside was clean and very well kept. Spacious backyard to allow for outdoor meetings. I’d recommend this place to any family traveling or small work group. Thanks for the communication leading up to the stay and any communication throughout our week.

Three Things

Very nice house and we enjoyed our stay there; however, there were three things that kept me from giving a five star rating for our stay at this property.1) I advised host prior to our stay that we had a toddler with us who was less than a year old and that we needed to have a pack and play at house. This was listed as an item that was at house. When we arrived the infant pack and play was not at house, host said previous renters had damaged it. I contacted host and she apologized for this miscue and a pack and play was delivered to house on the day after we checked in.2) Three large trash binds were located outside of house in the front yard when we arrived at house. All three trash binds were overfilled, top lid propped up by to many trash bags in the the trash binds. In addition, there were trash bags and boxes outside of the trash binds. Reported this issue to host. We had a five day stay at house, on day four at house host dispatched someone to address this issue; wherein, the trash bags and boxes outside of the three large trash binds were picked up. The three overfilled trash binds were still at house when we checked out, host advised us to leave our trash bags on front porch when we checked out of house.3)Called host multiple times, always had to leave voice mail messages. Plus, I texted her everytime I called because I wasn't sure she was receiving my voice mail messages. It is really a nice house, just wish the few miscues hadn't occurred.

Nice house

We came to Charlotte for a basketball game and decided to make a mini family trip out of it. The house was great. Comfortable and spacious. Space to spread out. Nicely finished out. We did not really cool so can’t speak to the kitchen but it looked well equipped. The yard was lovely. House is on a busy street but backyard is fenced in and it was not noisy.

Family get away

We were traveling with 8 adults and 4 children to a wedding. The house was very nice. Was hoping to use more of the fenced in backyard. The yard is not as deep as anticipated from the photos and had some.dirt and fallen limbs/sticks in the yard making it hard to utilize the entire yard. The patio was nice. Shopping and restaurants within 20 minutes of the rental which was very convenient. They only downfall, they are doing alot of home renovations in the neighborhhod and one of those homes were next to the rental. The home next door had garbage bags hanging out of a trash bin the entire 6 days we were there and the grass was unkept. All in all we had a good time and the house was very nice.

Excellent Stay in Charlotte

This home was perfect for our group of 5 adults and one teen. The house was clean, spacious and conveniently located. The beds were very comfortable as was the living room sectional sofa. Plenty of room for all 6 of us to be in the main living area at the same time. The backyard was a great spot for throwing the football and playing cornhole. Communication with the host was easy with a very quick response time. A great weeklong stay in Charlotte.
