Clean and Cozy on an Awesome Property

Overall good

Our stay was really good however our first day after we arrived we found out about a murder just a block down the road that happened the first night we were there. Then we found out from locals that the neighborhood was actually a bit rough and there were a lot of breakins in the area. However we did enjoy the time and did not have any issues during our stay. It’s was nice to be able to have everyone under one roof and be able to have room to move around. It was nice to have an area to walk our service dog and let her stretch her legs. Very clean and comfortable.

Lovely stay!

Great experience! New, clean, modern and comfortable! Loved the added touches like the lights in the trees and the activity barn. Walking path and fire place we're all wonderful additions to our stay! They were well used and very much appreciated.

Perfect little getaway

Me and my wife stayed here for a few days and had the best time. The host and property manager had great communication throughout our stay, and we even got to stay an extra night! They brought us fresh eggs, we rode the bikes, checked out the beautiful barn and bridge, had bonfires, and it was so chill! We are already planning our next trip with the kids! Thank you for everything! This is definitely one for the books!

Loved our stay here

Beautiful little 2 bedroom home on beautiful land. Couldn't believe we got all that land area to ourselves. The kids had a lot of fun swinging on the tree swing, riding the tandem bike around, and roasting marshmallows by the fire. Our stay was comfortable and we had all that we needed. Having the TV with Netflix access for the kids was great for winding down at night, and we were so close to great places to hang like the Philbrook museum, The Gathering Place park, and the Tulsa Zoo. The place had pots and plates and utensils, and pretty much all that you need!

Scenic Tulsa Getaway

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. I would’ve have changed anything! It was worth every single penny. When we arrived it was pouring outside but when we went inside there were clean blankets, towels, and linens ready for us. We had guests over for dinner and really enjoyed having access to Netflix. They had ice prepared in the fridge and even the shower pressure was perfect. Everything stood out to me. The house smelled so clean. The sheets were super soft and the shades in the bedroom kept the sunlight out really well so we could sleep in! All of us work really early mornings during the week so that was a huge treat. The lovely hosts responded in minutes and were so incredibly kind. Thank y’all sooo much!

FirePit plus Clean Sponge

We picked this location because it is dog friendly and has a fire pit. We like spreading out on our vacation and this property seem to fit the bill. The house itself is quite tiny, but we found it fine for four adults plus a dog. The fire pit was the highlight of the property. More importantly, they had stocked the fire pit with all kinds of wood. I have stayed at many VRBO's that have a fire pit, but where we are responsible for getting the firewood. This is not the case at this property. There are small sticks to start the fire and large logs to keep the fire going. we lit a fire both nights we were there, and it was a complete delight. We loved walking over to the chicken coop and seeing the chickens the rooster is especially huge. Our dog loved being taken on, walks around the property and chasing the geese. Another nice touch was the wrap sponge at the sink. so big in my opinion. There was construction going on around the property one day, but they left by the time we got home. We were all over the place in Tulsa - going downtown, going to broken arrow, going to the Philbrook. And this location made it all accessible. it was a less than 20 minute drive anywhere we went. There is not much in the way of cooking although we did use the grill that was provided. Thank you for a great trip.

Paid $500 to clean up a dead cat SCAM

Everything was off from the beginning. I tried to contact the property management company to schedule an event but got no reply. I think it's pretty obvious that when you set up two different homes on one property that is 10 acres of land people are going to rent it for events. I was told by Vrbo that I wasn't allowed to rent the other building on the property. Again, we had reached out several times to coordinate an event here because the listing says to contact for an event. When I finally spoke with the owner he admitted that he usually let events happen there for $500 more. At this point we had already called in a friend who works on taxidermy animals to clean out a dead cat from the barn. The property manager did not send out the check-in instructions until an hour later and when told about the wedding that would b The owner of the property is very hostile towards guest and not hospitable at all. He came to the property about 15 times during our stay just to watch us. This made my 19yo sister feel so uncomfortable that she wasn't even able to stay overnight as originally planned and she had to stay in our place while we stayed on there

Fun Times in Tulsa

We loved having so much outdoor space for our kids and Aussiedoodle to play! Our boys (two-leggers and four-leggers included) had a blast! Indoor space was a little smaller than we'd hoped, but everything was very clean and well-stocked with all that we could possibly need. Property manager was incredibly professional and check-in was a breeze! My family would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as advertised & valued for what it is, a small private getaway cottage. Would have liked a small washer/dryer. Very satisfied and would rent again.

Great little place

We stayed here for 2 nights and everything was great, beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, towels and linens were soft.The couch is a futon style so it's not the most comfortable if you plan on sleeping on it. Overall great experience!
