Great stay experience on our Naples vacation

First the vacation home was in a great location with sidewalks for family walks throughout the neighborhood. It was central to everything in Naples with only about a 10 minute drive to Naples beautiful beaches. The home was decorated nicely and had separate living rooms to relax and talk in and also another where we relaxed and watched movies and sports on the large screen tv. The backyard was very tropical with outdoor seating and had a fenced yard which was great to let our mini Aussie, Panda explore. We decided to stay an extra day and their team made it very easy to add the extra day. Would highly recommend this home to stay in and we plan on staying here again in the future!

Great stay over the Christmas holidays

We had a great stay at this lovely house on Santiago Way. The space and the layout was perfect for my family of 4. Beds were really comfortable. We enjoyed having access to a garage to park the car (although plenty of space in the driveway as well). House was clean and everything was as advertised. Good location, easy to get around to major stores, etc. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds, and the kitchen seemed to have most of what we needed. The neighborhood was fine and quiet - no issues. Overall, a really good stay.

Clean Quarters

The house was very clean and as advertised. It was a good set up for our out of town visit. We did not spend a lot of time at the house or do much cooking, but seemed to have everything in the kitchen you would need if you stayed in for meals. The location if pretty central to the area and worked well for us.I let the home manager know about a few items of damage or in need of attention when we checked in. As a former property manager, I know you are not always aware unless someone complains. Thankfully they know the few small issues and can tend to them.Appreciate that they were flexible enough to let us check in a day early as our plans changed. All good, Thanks!

4 night stay

My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights. Host communication was great. Our WiFi wasn’t working when we first arrived and they sent over someone to fix it very quickly. Location was wonderful! Felt very safe. House decor was pleasant but did have some personal pictures on the wall. This didn’t really bother us but just something we haven’t seen before in home rentals. The house amenities were as listed - but compared to other VRBO we didn’t have some convenient supplies (Ex: salt/pepper). The microwave was missing the base plate.

Was a very clean and comfortable home and as described on the website. The owner was very nice and even called to make sure they could enter to change light bulbs in the garage (or something like that). A great value, great location and great home.

Wonderful VRBO

This home was exactly as advertised. In Naples for a week on a work trip and this place was so wonderful to come home to every night. Very homey and comfortable. Sparkling clean with all the amenities. The beds were ridiculously comfortable too. Centrally located so really easy to get everywhere we needed to be, within minutes. Property manager was super accessible and responsive. Next time I’m in Naples I would love to stay here again.

Beautifully decorated! Very cozy and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on a short weekend trip to Naples. The beds (2 king beds and 1 full size bunk bed with pull out trundle bed) were extremely comfortable. The entire place was very clean and felt spacious. It appeared to have been recently renovated with very nice decor, bedding, & towels. The extra enclosed and air conditioned porch/tV sitting room was an excellent addition to give our family two separate spaces to hang out in. We sat outside on the back porch every morning and enjoyed our coffee under the shade of the palm trees with plenty of lounging space. A big plus for our family! There were several nice touches: beach chairs/umbrella, beach towels, first aid kit, soaps, paper towel, t paper, plenty of wine glasses and coffee cups, coffee filters (regular coffee pot not a Keurig), and even playing cards that came in handy one night. The neighbors in the neighborhood were very friendly. The property manager was very communicative. We were a short 10 minute drive to Naples Pier Beach which was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice house, but there were some issues

I have had some bad experiences with properties promising children's equipment such as high chairs and not delivering in the past so I emailed the contact number a week ahead of time to double-check. Although a high chair was listed on the website, there was none in the home and I was told to go rent one from a third party. I explained that I chose this based off of the listing that said that I would have children's equipment and the contact told me I had to take it up with the website. They have since changed the listing information but I was still stuck figuring out a high chair. I asked if the codes for the door were changed after each guest and was told that the codes are rotated. I highly doubt this because when I arrived the house was still a mess and left unclean from the prior renters. My thought is that if somebody came to the house and changed the code then the house would be clean as well. We left to go get groceries and the house was clean by the time we got back. The contact said he would make it right and would make it up to me but I'm not sure exactly how he planned on making it up to me. So right off the bat I had two negative experiences with this location. The dishes were not clean which I suppose is not entirely their fault. And overall it was a nice place to stay. I wish the first impressions were better and they held themselves more accountable to delivering what they promised and cleaning the property prior to us arriving.
