Ranger's Perch - Magnifique villa avec accès direct à la mer, piscine, vues!

Ranger's Perch est une villa spacieuse et spectaculaire dans le quartier chic de Sabadeco. Si vous cherchez un sanctuaire insulaire authentique, ne cherchez pas plus loin. Entrez par notre portail, et des jardins paysagers luxuriants à la belle piscine, vous êtes sûr de vous perdre dans votre magnifique environnement tropical. Du deuxième étage de la villa, on peut profiter d'une vue SPECTACULAIRE sur la mer des Caraïbes et Klein Bonaire. Une terrasse blindée s'étend sur toute la longueur de la maison à partir de laquelle les vues sur le jardin, la piscine et (bien sûr) la mer ne sont pas rares. Une grande terrasse en plein air se trouve également à côté de la zone filtrée. De cette terrasse, une meilleure vue sur les couchers de soleil sur la mer et le ciel étoilé brillant à suivre est introuvable. Le matin, n'hésitez pas à siroter votre café dans l'une de ces zones tout en profitant de votre vue sur la mer, complétée par les sons et les vues des perroquets et autres oiseaux.

Pour les plongeurs et les plongeurs en apnée, cette villa réserve une surprise très spéciale et rare. Par une porte dans le jardin, on peut entrer dans un espace vert dont l'utilisation est exclusive à cette villa et à quelques voisins immédiats. Une promenade d'une à deux minutes sur le trottoir en béton à travers le centre de l'espace vert vous emmène DIRECTEMENT à la mer! Là, vous trouverez une échelle en acier dans l'eau pour la plongée, la plongée en apnée et l'entrée / sortie de la natation. Juste en haut de la côte de VOTRE site de plongée PERSONNEL se trouvent les sites de plongée populaires "Oil Slick Leap" et "1,000 Steps". Juste en bas de la côte se trouvent les sites de plongée "Andrea I" et "Andrea II". Lorsque votre plongée est terminée, remontez simplement à la maison, rincez votre équipement dans la salle de douche de la piscine ou dans le grand évier de la salle de plongée et jetez-le sur la grille de séchage dans la salle de plongée! Vous êtes maintenant prêt pour le deuxième tour!

La chambre principale au deuxième étage de Ranger's Perch possède à la fois un balcon privé et une grande terrasse privée (les deux avec une vue large sur la mer des Caraïbes). S'il vous plaît profiter des finitions en marbre spectaculaires de la salle de bain principale! Les chambres supplémentaires ont chacune une entrée privée qui s'ouvre vers la piscine au niveau inférieur. Avec salles de bain attenantes, imitant le beau marbre de la salle de bain principale, ces chambres sont entièrement équipées et privées. La quatrième chambre à lits jumeaux a une salle de bains adjacente.

Cette villa est l'heureuse bénéficiaire de certaines des brises agréables et rafraîchissantes de Bonaire! Cependant, lorsque la brise ne suffit pas, la villa est entièrement climatisée.

Une cuisine entièrement équipée permet aux clients de profiter des repas à la maison. Il n'y a pas de meilleure ambiance à l'heure des repas que celle trouvée assis sur la terrasse du restaurant au coucher du soleil sur la mer. Un grand barbecue en acier inoxydable est également à votre disposition.

Le wifi et la télévision par câble vous divertiront et vous connecteront pendant les pauses entre plongées et ânes!

Great house and great owner.

House is amazing. Can accommodate four different groups with no issues and the Kitchen is amazing. Pool is great for lounging and you even get to visit with the local lizards and parrots. Owner is super nice and accommodating even allowing us another night when our flights changed for no additional charge. Don't hesitate to rent this great home for a great vacation.

Ranger Perch Rocks

We love Ranger's Perch. It's in a great location, has a beautiful view to watch the sunset, is safe, and has plenty of space for groups to cook, eat, and relax by the pool or the screened in porch. The screened in porch is the best; we spent almost all our time there and could enjoy the breezes without any mosquitos!

Great Home and Location

Great property for a large group! We loved everything about this house, especially the pool, screened in porch and large kitchen. The property manager was exceptional and very responsive - handled an issue we had quickly and professionally. The house met all our needs, was in a quiet neighborhood but close to dive sites and town. We will definitely be back!

We loved Ranger's Perch - the location was great, near our favorite walks and dive sites, and close enough to get into town easily. The property itself was awesome with plenty of space for everyone, each room had its own bathroom and the kitchen was huge, so nobody got in anybody else's way. We'll definitely be coming back!

Paradise

The morning after we arrived at Ranger’s Perch I surely woke up in paradise. The balcony off our bedroom was tree top level where 2 parrots were finding breakfast. The pool was like a beautiful oasis in our courtyard. The home is palatial in size & the kitchen amazing with views in 3 directions.

Perfect in Every Way

This home exceeded our expectations. We spent the week diving and this home was a great retreat to plan our dives and relax after a busy day blowing bubbles. Located close to Oil Slick Leap, Andrea I and II was a bonus. Maureen is the best host/hostess I have ever worked with, and was extremely responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We cannot recommend this property highly enough! Maureen is great!

We stayed at Ranger’s Perch for a week and loved our time there. Before, during, and after the stay the communication was great. The property had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the pool and spaciousness of Ranger’s Perch and the sunsets on the balcony at evening. The property is close to great snorkel/dive sites. Our flight back was delayed and Maureen was generous in letting us stay a little longer that day. Thank you again!

Bonaire life

We have stayed in Sabadeco before and it is a great neighborhood; Ranger's Perch is one of the best houses and has a walkway to a ladder into the ocean. The owner (Maureen) was easy to reach, very friendly, and helpful. The house is well apppointed for cooking, laundry, etc. and away from the main town/noise/cruise ships. We are going back!

Great Large Villa!

Wow! We had a great stay in this villa. The owners were wonderful to work with and were able to accommodate a couple of our special requests. Great pool. We used the beach path to the ocean every day for snorkeling and diving. Screened porch was wonderful for hanging-out in the evening without bug bites. The rooftop deck was our favorite spot to enjoy beverages and wonderful sunsets over the water. This was a wonderful home for our two families' Bonaire vacation. Highly recommended villa and owners!

Stop looking and book now!

Rancher’s Perch made our week stay on Bonaire complete. Four adult couples stayed at the house with plenty of room to spare! Very clean and comfortable, location is great. The 2 minute walk down to the water is a breeze and great place to see some lizards. Snorkeling off the ladder was very easy and we saw lots of fish. Maureen was so responsive in all my questions before we left and Frederick the property manager was SO nice and so responsive anytime I messaged him. I cannot recommend this house enough, will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time in Bonaire. Ranger's Perch was nicely located for our holiday. The home was neat and clean. We had all we needed for meal preparation. Your home is enormous- sometimes we felt lost in all the space. I could see this home being ideal to fit a large family. Thank you for sharing your home with my wife and I. Peaceful Repose

The property photos don't do it justice. The real experience is far superior. Great breeze day and night. Spectacular views. Easy access to town. Kitchen was well equipped but we only used for breakfast and lunch. Plenty of unique dining places in town. All with different offerings and all very tasty. From the roominess of the house, to the pool, to the great snorkeling and diving off the back beach access, this was the best choice for our family. Hope others will give Ranger's Perch due consideration for a relaxing time away.

A spacious villa for a relaxing vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Ranger's Perch with the huge screened in porch on the upper floor with wonderful views. Taking a dip in the pool was a perfect end to a day of snorkeling various sites around the island. Having the ability to cool the bedrooms at night and have open breezes across the house during the day worked very well. We highly recommend this spacious villa for vacations with two families or families with older children who like having their own bedroom and bathroom space. The master bedroom also had a roll away bed for our younger son, which was perfect. The large kitchen made it easy for multiple cooks to work together. Maureen was a fabulous host who was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay.

Private sanctuary

My wife and I wery very, very happy with theis property. We thought the pool was wonderful/ It was only my wife and I , there is room for 4 couples to spread out or come together in multiple areas. This was our 7th visit to Bonaire and we have several houses over the years.When I asked my wife if she would like to return for an 8th visit to Bonaire, she told me yes IF we can stay at Rangers Perch.!! The ladder for access to the ocean could be challenging for someone older or younger esp. on a windy day, it was a great feature. Maureen and her people are doing a great job.

Wish we could have stayed longer...

The house is wonderful and the property managers, Leanne and Dez, were extremely helpful with all our questions and addressing a couple of minor issues. It is a perfect location for accessing dive sites, grocery stores, and restaurants for dinner. Since not all of us were divers, the pool and the several porches/patios provided many options for relaxation. The screened-in porch was especially nice, keeping bug bites to a minimum. The upper deck was great for star gazing after dinner. We followed the recommendations to only run the AC at night and all units were great at cooling the rooms. Keeping the doors closed during the day kept the temperature at a reasonable level until the sun went down. We highly recommend Ranger's Perch!

Amazing 2 weeks

We spent an amazing two weeks at Ranger's Perch in Bonaire recently. There were 4 couples and the house fulfilled all of our needs. It was comfortable and beautiful! Enough room that we were never on top of each other and you could certainly find a quiet space if needed. The pool and outside patio was so relaxing; 3 of us spent much time at the pool while the other 5 were diving. We cooked half our meals in the wonderful huge kitchen. And last but not least, the beds were extremely comfortable. It was everything we imagined it to be and more!! And will definitely stay again in the future, if available. Thanks, Maureen Zehner for you quick response to all our questions.

Simply Amazing!

I can't say enough about this property - it is just perfect! We've stayed in many different rentals in Bonaire and this is by far the best! There are so many places to sit and relax and enjoy the views from every angle. The pool is a perfect place to relax after a day of diving or windsurfing. The kitchen is more than well equipped and the professional stove is an inspiration! We ate in most nights just because it was so fun to cook there and enjoy a better view than you could get at most restaurants! And the bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable we're buying that same mattress for home! Maureen and her crew were so very attentive and accommodating - there was a response within minutes of request! I would highly recommend this lovely home situated perfectly on this wonderful island. Thanks again Maureen - we'll be back!!

Wonderful!!!

Nothing but an excellent experience from our first contact with Maureen in April to throughout our stay over the NewYear holiday. The home is beautiful, private, spacious, and equipped with everything needed from cooking/eating utensils to plenty of bath & beach towels. We especially enjoyed the huge screened in porch for eating & playing games at night. The master suite is 5 stars! And the pool area is beautifully landscaped and a wonderful area to relax. We were met at the airport by their local property manager who gave us a very thorough & helpful orientation to the property. Maureen herself sent us much helpful info months ahead of our trip and there is also a notebook of helpful info at the house to refer to for answers to many common questions. When we return to Bonaire, which we certainly hope to do, we would love to come “home” to Ranger’s Perch again! Enjoy!!

Views, breezes, and tranquility!

We enjoyed this lovely oasis for an 8-night family vacation in July and it was one of the best VRBO homes we have rented! Very personal and informative check-in/out which was very useful. The views and the outdoor spaces were spectacular and the interior was comfortably furnished and spacious. Beds are comfortable, a/c worked well to cool the living room and all the bedrooms but the kitchen stays quite warm- even with the fan and all the cross-breezes. Not a big deal as spent most of out time in the ocean or in the pool! Oven was tricky but the new BBQ was terrific! We had plenty of room to hang all our wet items and dive gear outside and having the use of a washer/dryer was really nice. The location is a bit north of town and was super close to the most incredible diving. The neighborhood is peaceful safe, and absolutely quiet. We did need to contact the property management host for a minor issue with the gate opener FOB. They were very nice but we were stuck behind the gates for an hour waiting to get the truck out. Maybe a emergency bypass (?) Just a few suggestions for future guests- a few more kitchen tools: colander, coffee grinder (the market's pre-ground coffee is very fine and clogged the flat-bottom coffee maker), knife sharpening tool, maybe a few food storage containers, and definitely a few more cleaning supplies to help keep the kitchen tidy. Thank you again Maureen- we had an amazing vacation!

Long-awaited and so worth it!

We loved Ranger's Perch! Postponed by a global pandemic for nearly 18 months, our trip to Bonaire was wonderful - in large part because of Ranger's Perch. There are gorgeous ocean views from the upper floor, covered family-area patio and the open perch from which to enjoy sunsets. The villa is large (our little family of 3 probably only utilized 25% of the property), private, quiet and safe-feeling. It was spotless at check-in and Sabadeco Shores is about the perfect distance from town for us. The pool is great but we spent an equal amount of time in the ocean - just a short walk down the private path to the sea for swimming, snorkeling, wall-jumping and sunsets. The villa is well-appointed and provided everything we needed and wanted. It's well thought-out and designed to optimize privacy for different groups while offering at least half a dozen different places (inside and out) for coming together to socialize comfortably. The home is decorated with lovely touches and very comfortable. Our check-in was seamless with a comprehensive tour from the property manager (and complimentary Heinekens!) and our checkout process was quick and easy and scheduled for our convenience. We'd highly recommend Ranger's Perch and we'd definitely stay there again if we made it back to the island. A note about the owner: We've taken dozens of international trips together as a family and I've never worked with a property owner as accommodating, communicative and pleasant as Maureen. Since our initial postponement in March of 2020 (the first of several postponements), Maureen bent over backwards for a year and a half to help make this trip come together. Thank you Maureen.
