We're back and better than ever! You've had to put your vacation at the Beach on hold, we are ready for you now! While our rental homes may look a little different, yards may not be as lush as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, we can tell you that all our homes that have been either renovated or rebuilt and have been inspected thoroughly to meet your needs. When choosing your home, please be sure to read the descriptions carefully.
Perfect for the two of you! Beachy, bright and beautifully designed, this recently renovated one bedroom half duplex will be at the top of your list of favorite places to vacation. Everything is new and well thought out for comfort and convenience. Slip outside to your private screened lanai and curl up with a good book or favorite podcast over coffee. A 3 minute walk puts you on the beach!

The North mid-island location offers the best of both worlds; far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square allowing quiet relaxation yet a short distance to all the amenities you may need including Publix and some restaurants that have reopened since last Sept.
You are also only a short walk away from the Historic Mound House, a local historical site with a canoe/kayak ramp and gardens and museum.

You will enjoy many magical evenings right in your own backyard featuring special lighting, lush tropical landscape, 2 patios, grill and large outdoor dining table. (Backyard and laundry, in shed in back, are shared with Villa B)

A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire before booking. Some units have age, size, and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. If any pet not authorized is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog.
You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
