through 25 must purchase wristbands at a cost of $40.00 each (CASH ONLY) and

obtain parking permit (max-2 permits at no cost). Quality buildings loaded

with features at an affordable price. Located near the causeway adjacent to

beachfront properties. Condo with 1 bedroom/1 bath and sleeps 4. Most units

have a view of the gulf and bay from balconies. Next door to Beach Park at

Isla Blanca. Amenities include a very large swimming pool, two hot tubs,

tennis courts and a large recreational building. Lots of things to do on the

island, shopping, fishing, swimming, surfing, Sea Turtle Inc, South Padre

Island Birding Nature & Alligator Sanctuary, Island Adventure Park, Gravity
