A stay in Sand Dollar at Ten Bay Beach is a true gift of the Caribbean. From the moment one walks through the stained glass front door, one is immersed in a panoramic view of stunning Ten Bay Beach. Outdoor features include our vast teak deck which overlooks the turquoise Caribbean Sea. There is a customized barbecue, many lounge chairs, a dining table and a bar around the palm tree which is perfect for sipping tropical drinks. There is also a running bar along the whole deck facing the water which is perfect for sliding a chair under and slowly drinking a morning coffee while watching schools of fish below. Below the deck there are two double kayaks for exploring Ten Bay.

The living room during the day is bathed by sunlight streaming in from several sliding doors offering amazing views. Stretch out on the comfy sofas and enjoy watching TV or quiet time reading a book. There is an additional lounge room with a large table for games and couch for relaxation. Yoga mats are available for use indoor or on the deck.

Prepare delicious meals in the bright and sunny kitchen with an incredible array of appliances such as a highly sophisticated coffee machine and panini, bread, rice and waffle makers. Enjoy sitting in the quiet nook for two by the window or at the dining table that can easily seat 6-8 people.

Each of the four bedrooms is unique, comfy and with native Bahamian art pieces. The master bedroom with a king size bed is sequestered in the back of the house with an incredible view of the beach and an en-suite bathroom. Relax on the gorgeous sofa as an option. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a wall of windows to enjoy the view of the beach with en-suite bathroom. A chic smaller bedroom with a full size bed has a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The fourth bedroom is spacious with an amazing view of the beach. Guests may choose either a king size bed or two twin beds. Directly across the hall is a bathroom with walk in shower.

Enjoy the luxury of the large capacity washer and dryer with an area to hang and fold laundry.

Amenities include back-up generator, AC throughout, super-fast Starlink WIFI, TV with Apple TV box, games, Yoga mats, Ballet Barre, washer/dryer, charcoal grill, and two double sea kayaks!

The town of Savannah Sound, 5 minutes from the property, has a good grocery store, Midway Cost Cutters, and an excellent oceanfront restaurant, Fishbone Grill. The town of Palmetto Point, less than 10 minutes from the house, has several smaller stores and a good restaurant. The town of Governors Harbour, the main town on the island, just 15 minutes by car from the property, has grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, two banks with ATMs, a bakery, gift shops, a dive shop, and a medical clinic. It has a nice little collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking a picturesque harbor. You can buy fresh fish and lobster every afternoon from fisherman at the town dock. Friday night Fish Fry in Governors Harbour is a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street. You won't want to miss it.
