Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in Irmo! With room for 12 guests, including two pull-out sofas, it’s perfect for families visiting Ft. Jackson or exploring Lake Murray. Enjoy activities like kayaking, fishing, and boating, all just a short drive away. We offer free WiFi and are pet-friendly (fee required). We've included both professional photos and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect. We can't wait to host you!

The Space:
Welcome to our inviting home! As you enter, a small hallway with a coat closet leads you to the cozy living room. To the right, you'll find a hallway that leads to the bedrooms. The first two bedrooms feature comfortable full-size beds, while the third bedroom offers two queen beds and a SmartTV for entertainment.

There are two full bathrooms with tub/shower combos and toilets for your convenience. In the living space, you can enjoy a 50" RokuSmart TV, two queen-size pullout couches, and a comfortable chair. The adjacent eat-in kitchen provides seating for four, and beyond that is the laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer.

Step out through the back door to a newly built deck, where you can relax on the seating, gather around the picnic table, and savor delicious meals prepared on the grill. Please note that the yard does not have a fence.

We kindly request no smoking and no parties to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests.

The Neighborhood:
Welcome to the charming town of Irmo, SC, nestled conveniently between Chapin and Columbia. Within a short fifteen-minute drive, you'll find a plethora of stores, shops, and dining options to cater to your needs. For those seeking outdoor adventures, our home offers quick and easy access to the stunning lake. Enjoy a day of kayaking with rentals available from Carolina Outdoor Adventures, or explore the waters with various boat rentals at the nearby Marina. If you're a nature enthusiast, the hiking trails at Congaree National Park are just a scenic 45-minute drive away. For families with loved ones at Fort Jackson, the military base is conveniently located just a thirty-minute drive southeast.

Getting Around:
This is a residential area, so we recommend driving, just know that Uber and Lyft can be available in the area as well.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We like to provide our guests with maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free self check-in. Just know that we are a quick phone call or message away should you need anything during your stay!
