Comfortable large top floor condo at the waters edge. Being an end unit it provides lots of windows on three side not two. Enjoy Great views of Skaha lake. Very comfy pillow top beds. Your family will enjoy the short walk to the kids playground & spray park with sandy beaches in Canada's only true desert valley. The best Golfing, wineries, hiking, biking the KVR lakeside trail. Home of the world famous Tickleberry's Ice Cream experience. Our quaint town offers a full grocery store, a nice new Pub and Bistro.
We offer a bright large open unit with two bedrooms & two full bathrooms. This lovely penthouse has full kitchen washer and dryer air conditioning and a gas fireplace. The pictures really say it all. If you had a lakeside home you would want what this vacation home already offers!

Comfortable, clean & close to all the places we wanted to go. Had everything we needed. We checked out Penticton, the area around Okanagan Falls & Osoyoos. Close to many wineries, ciders & restaurants.

Great accommodations and location

Very nice accommodations. Well equipped and very comfortable. A tad loud as facing the highway but got used to it quickly. Great location. Easy access to golf and wineries.

A great week in Okanagan Falls

We really enjoyed our week in this condo. We have stayed at several other units in the complex and this was by far the best! The suite was equipped with everything you could want or need from the kitchen to the bathroom to beach chairs and towels. The suite is large with a/c in the main area and separate units in both bedrooms. As we had a few 40° days during our stay it was perfect! The beach is a 2 minute drive and is super clean and never crowded, lots of parking. (It’s also a quick easy walk but we always take so much stuff we end up driving😎.) there is a great take out pizza place right next door called Bullies and we had dinner twice at the renovated OK Falls Hotel Restaurant - great food and service! Connie was a pleasure to deal with and we are looking forward to staying at this condo next summer!

Annual Family Getaway

We absolutely love Ok Falls and Paradise Resort! As we get older, we sure love sitting by the pool relaxing and going for walks. Skaha lake is beautiful and great to boat and water ski on. The condo is awesome, just wish their was, Central AC, however the AC unit did work, the bedrooms were a bit warm. Thank you to the owners who were lovely to communicate with and Dave the property manager! We’ll be back!

Very clean and roomy unit with all of the amenities we needed for our three night stay. We enjoyed both decks, one on each side of the condo. Connie was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and provided excellent and detailed directions to, and entry into, the unit.

Beautifully condo

The condo was beautiful and it has everything you need in it for cooking and such, which was very nice. It was also very close to a quiet and family oriented beach. The only downside is the main highway right beside it. Pretty noisy from early in the morning until later in the evening. Otherwise, a beautiful condo right near the beach, and Connie is an amazing host!

Great Place in OK Falls!

This property is a great size, great location, and is fully stocked with everything you might need. Within very short walking distance from the beach, grocery store, shops, and all that OK Falls has to offer. It's obvious that Connie has put a lot of thought into this place to make sure there's nothing missing for your stay. Thanks so much!

Wine trip

We had a wonderful wine trip. Staying at the condo as our home base. We did day trips to explore wineries in pentictin, Osoyoos, and Kelowna. The condo was spotless and Connie was so easy to communicate with! Highly recommend!

Dated but in Good Location for South Okanagan Wineries

The property is in a good location for quick visits to south Okanagan Wineries. Although the property is a bit dated it was comfortable for the four of us (all adults). Because the property is an end unit on the third floor it was a fair hike from the available elevator. I would suggest that if someone who is staying there is bring supplies to cook in or buying wine, they bring some kind of cart as we did. The property is close to a set of stairs but for older folks like us, hauling heavy objects up three flights of stairs wasn’t really an option. The BBQ is a two burner gas BBQ and certainly could have been cleaner. The shower head in the ensuite shower needs to be replaced and the track for the phantom screen door on the front needs to be lubricated before someone damages the door. We were a bit disappointed regarding the availability of sports channels on the TV. such that we could not get one of the Stanley cup hockey games.

Connie has a stellar property. Everything we could need or had forgotten was there. It was like walking into our own home, lots of space, all kinds of amenities. The condo was clean, well organized and Connie was so easy to communicate with. We would recommend this property.

Splendid Stay!

The host is easy to communicate with, the location is excellent for exploring the entire south Okanagan, and the apartment is very well stocked. Separate A/C units in the living area and each bedroom is very nice during the hot summer months.

OK Fall condo

We found the property just as described and quite pleasant. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with many basic items such as spices, tea and condiments. The three flights of stairs are good exercise if you don’t use the elevator.

Nice Layout for two couples

The condo is good for two couples. As always, one bedroom is much larger and more comfortable than the second. The second bedroom is noisy when the windows are open as it is facing the main highway. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and the living room is set up for conversation. All in all, the four of us enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.
