Snowater Condo #23 - Luxurious 2-Bedroom Townhouse
IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING:
** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and requires the
endorsement of our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is
required at check-in.
No expense was spared in the complete remodel of this 2-story, 2-bedroom,
2-bath luxury townhouse-style condo. The floor-to-ceiling remodel features
high-end flooring, new fixtures, cabinetry, appliances, and furnishings. The
main floor features one bedroom with a 1-queen sized bed and a flat-screen
monitor, a half bath with a pedestal sink, a fully equipped kitchen with
marble countertops, ceramic tile flooring, Fisher and Paykel
refrigerator/freezer, matching Fisher and Paykel double drawer dishwasher,
Jenn Air range/oven, plus a GE microwave oven...all in stainless, of course!
The living room leather seating, a dining table for four, a flat-screen
monitor, a breathtaking House of Fire gas fireplace encased in marble, and a
walk-out balcony with forested views. Ascending the staircase to the top floor
reveals a loft bedroom with a queen-sized bed and another flat screen monitor,
tiled 3/4 bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This Wi-Fi-
equipped and monitored family vacation property will comfortably sleep up to
4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
Wi-Fi / NO Smoking / NO Pets
Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the
Nooksack River, which runs on three sides of the property. At an elevation of
1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two
recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four
tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts, and an adult fitness
center. There is a lounge area with free Wi-Fi, a pool table, a ping pong
table, and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas, a
children's play structure, and trails along the river. Snowater is located at
the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker
Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and
outdoor opportunities.
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests
enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing,
backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting,
whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and
golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing,
snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Remember your
camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for
Guest use. The service is currently subject to failure. Intermittent service
failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control. No refunds are
provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.
**This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this
regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate
eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written
Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence
with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring
homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them
at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They
would be well advised to give directions and discuss house rules in advance
with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party
house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different
provider.
