Ce condo a 2 chambres de taille grand avec 2 salles de bains avec une étant une en suite avec baignoire de luxe et de marcher dans la douche. Grande cuisine de taille avec un grand réfrigérateur. machine à laver et sèche-linge. Couch va se transformer en un lit queen size pour les invités supplémentaires. Téléviseur grand écran dans la salle familiale. Divertir sur le patio beautful donnant sur les jardins magnifiques et l'océan. Il y a des barbecues facilement descendre les escaliers de la piscine. La piscine dispose également d'un bar en milieu avec une excellente cuisine et tous les jeux de sport. Ce condo a tout !!

Amazing stay

A very beautiful place...I loved everything about it. Has a great home vibe, amazing view, and we were shown the best hospitality. The condo really exceeded our expectations. It was hard to leave!

Beautiful!

While there were a couple minor issues, as expected with any rental unit, the property and our stay was very enjoyable! The property manager was quick to respond, which was greatly appreciated!

Amazing Condo and Beautiful Property

We travel to Rocky Point all the time but this was our first time staying at Bella Sirena. The property was beautiful. We loved the swim up bar and poolside restaurant. We also enjoyed the daily live music. The condo was even better than the pictures. The kitchen has been updated to match the beach theme/decor. Check-in and out was a breeze. We needed a couple of items (hand soap and dish soap) so we called Fernando (property manager) and he took care of us quickly. The beds were very comfortable and the condo had all the amenities we needed. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Beautiful condo

This was my first time at Bella Sirena and this two bedroom condo was perfect for my husband, daughter and me. It’s a beautiful condo and the owner and property manager were very quick to respond to questions prior to trip. Never needed anything while staying, they had plenty of towels, beach towels, tp, soap etc. The only thing that I’d say might need improvement was the hideaway mattress, not horrible, but maybe a mattress topper would make it more comfortable to sleep on. The property itself is beautiful! We spent most of our time in the swim up bar pool area. Wish they had had a few more umbrella shades in the area, but people were nice enough to share shade for our stuff. Bartenders were super friendly and quick with drinks. Didn’t order food so no review on that. Thanks for sharing your place and will be sure to let others know about it. Would love to come back.

Beautiful condo in Bella Sirena

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. We have rented a lot of condos in Rocky Point. This was among the most nicely decorated and comfortable. Everything is as pictured. The beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed the patio furniture which was in excellent condition and very comfortable. There were a few points of improvement we would like to point out to those who manage this property: - Check in instructions were not provided until the day before when I reached out to the "owner" on VRBO. This is typically provided more in advance, automatically (without asking) and in the app. - A/C didn't work well in the primary bedroom - not sure if this was broken, or instructions needed to be provided. - No trash bags provided for kitchen - More towels, wash cloths and hand towels would be nice - There were only two small bed pillows on each bed. There were two larger pillows with decorative shams but did not smell/appear to be washed. We washed all the shams and used them on the beds. They really should be washed with each rental. - Not enough toilet paper for five adults, four days. Other than those issues, everything was great! The property manager was helpful and responded quickly. We will definitely rent again. Thank you.

Always a great time in RP

Condo was amazing—beautifully decorated, fabulous layout, comfy beds. It had everything we needed and Fernando was so easy so work with. And the views—oh my. We’d definitely stay again if we had the chance. Thank you for opening your home up to us. Bella is one of our favorites!

Awesome weekend getaway

Beautiful view, great location

Nice unit in building closest to water, with fabulous view. Roomie two bedroom unit, nice amenities, easy checkin and access. Fernando was very responsive before and during stay.

This was our first trip to Rocky Point, the resort and our condo was wonderful!

Fernando was wonderful and very responsive, he made sure we had everything we needed and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. He also came over when we had issues with the washing machine, even after I told him it wasn't necessary. Fernando went above and beyond in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again.

Book it ! Best vacation in Rocky Point

I was so nervous because of a couple other reviews. So let me address those things- I brought toilet paper, paper towel and beach towel. ( I even brought a frying pan to leave there) but there were 2 rolls in each bathroom and paper towels on the counter. I was worried it wouldn’t be clean but upon entering I dropped a water bottle. I used paper towels to clean it up and there was literally not a spec of dirt on the towels. Everything was very clean. Fernando the rental manager was reachable by phone and text. I lost my wristband and was able to get another one very fast. I’ve always stayed at las palomas, I wasn’t sure how this would compare. It was very comparable and a very nice vacation.

EXCELLENT TRIP

We enjoyed ourselves very much. The property was awesome. Fernando was great. He not only greeted us on the first day, but he was very generous to come help us on a situation we encountered. The only thing I would suggest is to include a list of what is in the property so we know what we should take. For example how much toilet paper is included. It is not a big deal. I would choose this property again. It was great. Thank you

We love Bella Sirrena, this condo was very nice. Beds were so comfortable. The views were nice and you can hear the music from the pool bar.

Bad communication

We have stayed at Bella sirena many times, first time in this condo. The condo is nice but was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Towels were stained, I put them in the washer as soon as we got there thinking they didn’t get washed from the last guest, only to find out the stains were permanent. No toilet paper or paper towels all weekend. The pullout couch had sheets on it that were not washed from the last person (so we just folded it back up and didn’t use it all weekend). No extra blanket for the pullout couch. I didn’t complain as we just made it work, went to sams club, got toilet paper etc. when I returned home, I got a payment request for $250 in damages for “bloody towels”. I emailed the owner and let her know what happened. She cancelled the payment request and 2 days later the $250 was pulled from my account. The pictures on this site are beautiful, the resort is beautiful but it just seems that this person wants to find ANYTHING so they can keep the deposit. We will not be staying at this condo again

We had a wonderful time!

The place is great, clean and has amazing views. We looked at the sea for 2 hours every morning on the balcony. My only suggestion is they could use some new frying pans for eggs in the morning. :)

This place was AMAZING and cozy!

This place is so beautiful! 2 beds and 2 baths on opposite sides of the condo. The kitchen is beautiful, the furnishings are in great condition and updated, beds are super comfy, the VIEWS ARE UNREAL! Access to the patio from both bedrooms and the living room!?!?!?! Fernando is awesome, quick to respond and help with local tips and tricks. It is a 5 min walk to pools or beach. The swim up bar is awesome with great live music and servers. Dante is the best!!!! I hope we get back soon :) Thank you for making our first trip to Rocky Point flawless!!!

Wonderful time in a wonderful condo.

I love Bella Sirena. It's gotta be my favorite resort in Rocky Point. This condo had great accommodations. The master bed was very comfortable. The guest bed was even larger!! The property manager was very helpful and the overall stay was great. The only thing that made it not a 5 star, and this has nothing to do with Bella Sirena, the owner, or manager, we just happen to go down during a time where the internet service provider was down in the general area and were working on updating their network. So we were without internet for 2 days, not a super big deal unless you needed to get some work done. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay. I'd do it again!

Great location, incredible views

Well furnished fifth floor unit with incredible views of Sandy Beach and the Sea of Cortez. The owners were very easy to work with which made our stay that much more enjoyable. We will be back!
