Trouvez votre coin de paradis au Carver Lake Lodge à Perryville, MO. Notre propriété se compose de 100 acres avec utilisation de notre propre lac privé de 17 acres. Le Taylor Lodge est une cabine A-Frame de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain pouvant accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 4 personnes. Il a l'air central et le chauffage et offre 1040 pieds carrés de vie à la campagne confortable. Outre le lit queen dans le maître et le lit superposé dans la chambre des enfants, il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen dans la salle familiale avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme améliorée. Il y a un combo baignoire et douche dans la salle de bain et des appareils comprenant un réfrigérateur, une cuisinière électrique, un micro-ondes de comptoir et un lave-vaisselle pour vos besoins de cuisson. Il y a un grand foyer au bois dans la salle familiale avec une grande télé DEL montée sur le foyer. Les équipements comprenaient également la télévision par satellite et Internet par satellite avec wifi gratuit. Ce lodge bénéficie d'une terrasse enveloppante avec une vue incroyable sur le lac et la crête, et de nombreux sièges de terrasse en plein air pour passer des heures. Découvrez le Cash lodge si vous n'avez pas besoin d'Internet sans fil et de la télévision par satellite. Près de la rivière Castor, des parcs d'État, Taum Sauk, Johnson's Shut-Ins, Millstream Gardens, Pickle Springs, Elephant Rocks et de nombreux vignobles. Profitez de la pêche ou assis sur le pont surplombant le lac. Vous pouvez également consulter la cascade naturelle de 30 pieds (si le temps le permet) ou faire une randonnée le long des différents sentiers menant à la propriété. Il y a 2 lodges ici aux extrémités opposées du lac, il peut donc y avoir une autre famille pendant votre séjour. Ils sont distants de 1 200 pieds, mais vous pouvez vous voir en appréciant le reste de la ferme. Le service de téléphonie cellulaire est inégal. Nous n'acceptons pas les animaux de compagnie en raison de mes allergies graves à mes enfants. Nager dans le lac, utiliser les bateaux de location et utiliser les lits superposés sont à vos risques et périls et nous ne serons pas tenus responsables de toute blessure ou tout autre dommage ou réclamation résultant de l'utilisation de ces articles.

Great Family place

This place was amazing something for everyone in the family. My husband enjoyed the fishing. The kids had a blast swimming and exploring. I had fun watching it all and the nature.

Could not have been better

From the check-in process to checking out, everything was perfect. The property was in incredible shape and my son and I had an absolute blast fishing, exploring, and walking the paths. Would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway or a trip. Dan was great to deal with. Thank for a great father son trip!

Was very impressed property was very well taken care of owners were very respectful and courteous we had a very great time and are looking at coming back next year if we don’t buy property in Missouri first if I could give a 10 star rating I would because they deserve it owner even brought us donuts out which was very unexpected but very thoughtful best of wishes to the owners and family we really appreciate the hospitality shown to us

Great Getaway

What a great place! Dan made the check in/out process very simple. The house was clean, cozy and accommodating. Everything was well stocked… even fire pit was ready to go. The land was beautiful and well kept. Perfect getaway from our crazy covid lives. Thank you!

Quiet nature stay

The property was very clean and decorated nicely. The view from the deck was relaxing and amazing at the same time. We enjoyed the trails, the swim dock and the paddle boats. And in the evening we had a nice fire. The wood pile helped ! All the extras supplied where just a bonus to make us comfortable. We’d love to come again!

Excellent getaway

Most of our spring/summer plans were cancelled due to COVID, so we decided to try and find a rental for a long weekend away from most other people. We came across this listing and instantly fell in love with the pictures! The property was even more beautiful then the pictures depicted and so peaceful. The house was comfortable and well stocked and we enjoyed the waterfall, the lake, and the trails in the woods. This rental was a delightful experience and we hope to rent again in the future!

Perfect Weekend Away

Our big summer vacation was cancelled due to COVID-19. We decided to turn lemons into lemonade and find a place as far away from others as possible. Carver Lake did not disappoint! The Taylor Lodge is such a fun, unique cabin. We had a great time hiking both the property and local trails. We played in the creek and watched sunsets over the lake. Having the comforts of home after a full day of exploring was much needed. Casual decor, lots of natural lighting, plenty of fans. Loved all the windows, the deck and the VIEW!

My Birthday Weekend

We had so much fun and caught lots of fish. The A-frame was amazing. The pond below waterfall was so nice and a great place to catch a fish on every cast! 🤣 If other people would have have stayed at the Cash Property we would have felt uncomfortable asking to use the boats and dock as it is all at the other property. The city of Perryville is 12 miles, but about a 20-25 minute drive so make sure you take everything you need, including supplies. On the joking side, I was watching the KC Chiefs game and TV is on a timer so didn’t see the last minutes of the game! Be careful of the spiral staircase down to the lake and going upstairs to the main bedroom. What a Beautiful and Peaceful place! 5 STARS ⭐️!

Paradise lost

Carver lodge/ Carver lake were exactly what we needed. Serenity, calm, relaxing. What more can I say? It's very rural! Extremely peaceful, and beautiful. I caught 40 bass between a pound and pound and a half. I also caught the biggest bluegill that I've caught since I was a kid. We used one of the row boats to ferry our cooler and things to the swim floatila. We spent hours and hours, drinking, and laughing, and just being together. It was a very memorable time. The cabin was comfortable. Satellite TV and internet. We had a campfire one evening until the thunderstorms came. BBQed and ate at the picnic area under the umbrella. Then we watched the beavers swimming around in the lake until it was too dark to see. Absolutely terrific!

Relaxing getaway

Property and house are spectacular. Beautiful views and lots of wildlife. The grounds and trails are well manicured and easy to navigate. We hiked the trails daily. House was very clean and well stocked with water, linens and some snacks. Owner provided plenty of brochures for things to do close by. We took many field trips to state parks, wineries and St. Genevieve, as well as Perryville. We highly recommend Jackson Street Brewhouse. Excellent brick oven pizza. Overall, a very nice experience.

Private and relaxing

Our family rented both cabins on the property and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed fishing and swimming from the dock and using the paddle boats to get out to the swim deck. Property is beautiful and provided a perfect family escape.

Great place for quality family time.

This property is amazing! The Taylor Lodge very clean and comfortable with lots of seating inside and out. There is a dock right out the back of the lodge that is great for fishing. Our sons especially enjoyed being able to swim, paddle boat, canoe, and fish in the lake. For me, it was great to relax on the large dock overlooking the lake, sitting in a lounge chair, reading a book. This place is great for anyone looking to escape the real world for a while and relax with family and/or friends.

Country Paradise

Us high school friends for 45+ years had the best time & this is the perfect place to unwind. Owners have put in all the special touches to make people feel welcomed & love the spotlight on family with service banners & road signs on trails. Appreciated the tour of this beautiful property by Dan. Enjoyed the sounds of the waterfall & sitting areas throughout the property as well. The lake was great for chillin & fishing.. We will be back!!

Wonderful place to stay. My family and I were comfortable from beginning to end. The owners take great pride in the entire property and surrounding grounds. Thoughtful touches and amenities abound. A true private oasis of peace and comfort. We will definitely be back!

Family Vacation

This was a last minute vacation and turned out wonderful. First, we enjoyed the water and trails on Carver Lake. We did several days trips to St. Louis, State Parks, & the neighboring towns. Dan Carver was kind and generous with his hospitality. Definitely a place we would tell family and friends to visit. Thank you for the great memories.

Great spring break safe getaway

Directions were good, everything you'd need was available, and clean. We had lots of fun fishing, exploring the property. Unfortunately we didn't do the hike due to weather and we didn't bring boots. Our 6 and 9 yr old had a blast. The only thing would be that the main bed was very firm which we weren't use to but nothing that stopped us from enjoying our time.

This 100 acre farm was purchased by the Carver family in 2016. For many years, Dan Carver Jr. (the father) and Dan Carver III (the son) often talked about wanting to own a farm. Needless to say, this was the second farm they looked at, and once they saw it, had to own it. They were impressed with the fact there were two separate lodges at opposite ends of the property, a 17 acre lake stocked with largemouth bass, channel catfish, and bluegill, and a natural 30 foot waterfall with a large plungepool, the sound of which could put you to sleep in minutes. They were also impressed that two spring-fed creeks runs through one whole side of the farm and there were hiking/ATV trails throughout most of the property. The abundant wildlife that often come through the property and lake views from both lodges sealed the deal. The father and son were so excited, in fact, that they made an offer on the farm right then, and quickly realized they would have to go home to explain to their wives what they had done. Fortunately, their wives were excited and quickly went down to see what projects the family should start first to begin making the farm as fun as possible. This farm is a labor of love for the Carvers and they are excited to allow others to enjoy the property by renting out both lodges, the proceeds of which will be reinvested into the farm to continually improve it for future guests. They are excited to share their recent projects on their Facebook page and on the Recent Project Page on this website. Now included free of charge: one jon boat and one paddle boat per reservation is free to use. The Taylor Lodge is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath A-Frame cabin that sleeps up to 6 people. It has central air and heat and offers 1,040 square feet of cozy country living. Besides the queen bed in the master and the bunk bed in the kids bedroom, there is also a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the family room with an upgraded memory foam mattress. There is a tub and shower combo in the bathroom and appliances consisting of a refrigerator, slide in electric range, countertop microwave, and a dishwasher for your cooking needs. There is a large wood-burning fireplace in the family room with a large LED tv mounted on the fireplace. Amenities also included satellite tv and satellite internet with free wifi. This lodge boasts a wrap around deck with unbelievable views of the lake and ridge, and plenty of outdoor deck seating to hang out for hours. Close to Castor River, state parks, Taum Sauk, Johnson's Shut-Ins, Millstream Gardens, Pickle Springs, Elephant Rocks, and many wineries. Enjoy fishing, swimming, or sitting on the deck overlooking the lake. You can also check out the natural 30 foot waterfall or hike along the various trails leading throughout the property.
