The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals during your stay, and guests can dine indoors at the table for four or enjoy meals on the balcony dining table in the fresh island breezes. B30 is conveniently located in the middle section of the resort, with parking right across from the villa entry and easy access to the guest laundry facility, resort lobby, activities center, and Lower Pool. The hilltop pool is also available at the top of the resort. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay. Shuttle service operates throughout the 15-acre property.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.
