Construction Updates
Virgin Grand and Bay Vista villas will be undergoing an interior villa renovation Aug. 18, 2025, through Nov. 3, 2025. Please anticipate construction noise during daytime hours.

The Main Pool and whirlpool spa will be closed for refurbishment from Aug. 2026 through Nov. 2026.During this time, the beach and food and beverage service will remain open. This work will be executed from Monday through Saturday each week and we anticipate some noise between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Transportation:
Car rental services and taxis are available on St. John and at the resort. If you plan to rent a car, we recommend that you do so on St. John, as the car barges running between St. Thomas and St. John are fewer and smaller than prior to the storm. The Westin ferry service is available and includes unlimited travel from the resort to St. Thomas, including shopping trips with taxi service to the market.
