The owners of Villa San Pancho have taken great care in creating a vacation villa that will leave you wanting more! The villa itself comprises 5 luxurious en-suite bedrooms and is suitable for a party of 10. Villa San Pancho is a 10,000 square foot villa, located directly on the white sand beach on a beautiful private ocean cove. The generous outdoor living area hosts an infinity pool, jacuzzi, two full bathrooms, an outdoor dining area and cozy sunken settee area with outdoor bar. You will have a full time staff which is comprised of a maid, chef, chauffeur/houseman, and house manager. Concierge services, airport pick up and drop off, and laundry service are all at your disposal.
The spacious entry courtyard of Villa San Pancho will make you feel welcome immediately! As you enter this 10,000 square foot villa you will be transported into a resort setting.
Villa San Pancho is on two levels and is built around the main floor that offers tremendous ocean views from the living room, dining room gourmet kitchen and two bedrooms. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms all of which offer sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have rain shower bathrooms.
Patios, balconies, dens and seating areas abound at Villa San Pancho. You will be pampered by the full time staff that live at the property and are there to help you with all your needs.
