This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located in Cabarete (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 2000 sq. ft. The residence has no pool, is right on the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

-The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee, respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom).
- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only).

Housekeeping is also included, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

This condo is only available during low season (and, occasionally, for last-minute bookings during high season). Discounts are possible for long-term rentals (if you find a lower price, we will match it)! Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.
