Come and enjoy the experience of living in a tiny village in the hills of the Central Pacific Coast called San Miguelito, Puntarenas, Costa Rica. Over 90 years ago this property was once part of a bigger lot owned by the Prince and Princess of Prussia and has a rich background in biodiversity.

The property itself features two residential houses inside a lush green 1/2 acre compound surrounded by a garden filled with palm trees. It also has a BBQ ranch with grill, private infinity swimming pool, jacuzzi and a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean and Nicoya Bay. Great for a family vacation or a group retreat.

The houses are older construction and have been in a process of improvements and renovations, but provide a beautiful environment and all the necessary comforts needed for a pleasant stay.

Each house has its own fully equipped kitchen, TV with cable, A/C in all bedrooms, wifi, telephone and a security system. The apartment and main house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people each. (Three rooms have double beds the others have single beds/bunks).

There is open parking for 6-8 cars.
