Nice space to call home for the week

Property owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Very clean & well equipped in kitchen, bath, & for beach going. Quiet neighborhood & friendly folks at the pool....nice areas for grilling & playing games outside too.

Very comfortable and quiet!

Connie is a wonderful hostess. The unit had plenty of towels, kitchen items and even travel toiletries in case we forgot something. Pool was very relaxing and grounds very pretty. Conveniently located close to shopping, beaches and 41 we really enjoyed ourselves! We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Condo

This condo is very nice and in a great location. It’s an end unit so the lanai is very private. Connie, the owner couldn’t have been more attentive. We would stay here again.

Great escape from the cold north...

Perfect location in Naples area...walk to shopping, restaurants, & more. Condo complex ez to find and peaceful. The owner really has the "traveler" in mind, as beach chairs & bikes available for use:) Not to mention the "just in case you forgot basket" of HBA items (toothpaste, brushes, etc.) and kitchen pantry & cabinets stocked with many items & utensils you likely have at home! Very clean! Great communication w/owner!

Perfection!

This was our second long term stay at this condo. We love, love, love the area! The condo is as pictured. Almost everything you need is supplied for you. when they say 'just bring your bathing suit', it applies to this place. Connie has always been great to work with. We would not hesitate to stay here again when we are in the area.

Condo with plenty of extra amenities

Place was in a great location, short drive to beaches and 5th Ave. Communication with property owner was excellent. Even when bad weather was coming through area she contacted us to make sure we were aware and safe. Pictures on listing is exactly what was there. Plenty of extra amenities (cooler for beach, beach chairs, bicycles for 2).

What a Gem!!!

This was our first trip to Naples and we loved it! We stayed for 4 months and enjoyed every day. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. The pool was just the right temperature. There are many stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. You're just a block from state rt 41 and not far from I75 so it is easy to get anywhere. The condo was just as pictured and very comfortable. We were surprised that the condo was so well stocked. Everything you needed was supplied - linens, kitchen items, laundry soaps, paper items and beach items to name a few. The owners were great. They even sent flowers and Shari's Berries (YUM) for the Christmas holiday. We are looking forward to returning to the condo next winter.

Awesome condo!!

This condo was everything and more as advertised. The place was immaculate when I arrived and everything offered was there such as beach chairs, coolers, and more! The owners were very attentive, always checking in to be sure all was okay, and responding to questions or any issue immediately! The location is superb, close to Marco Island or downtown Naples. I love the end unit, very quiet and the pool is very close as well. Everyone at Coral Falls is very friendly. I highly recommend this unit and would like to return in the future!!

Weekend Getaway

This home is in an excellent location. Anything you need is within 8 miles. Shopping, beaches, restaurants, golf, you name it. There is a pool just steps from the back door and this home has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Even if you forgot something, it’s probably there to use. I would definitely rent this home again!!!

We decided to invest in a summer vacation home in Naples that we would like to share with other families to stay and visit. Enjoy sunny afternoon beach days with your family and/or friends. Take in all the amazing Sunsets that Naples has to offer. Great place for collecting seashells.

We picked Coral Falls, Lely Resort because it is a beautiful resort area, with amazing scenery with flowers and water that surrounds the resort. Great walking and bike trails.
Also it it only a 8 mile drive to Naples Beach or a 8 mile drive to Marco Island, so you have the choice of the best beaches and restaurants around to choose from.
