Exceptional I would like too say this !!! why can’t every guest be as exceptional as these guests!! My whole time I have hosted my apartment I have never had a guest as clean nor respectful as these 2 people !!! They left my place as if they weren’t even there lol 😝 Thank you for staying as well thank you for leaving the apartment clean !! anytime I hope they will book again in the future . Thank You

First and foremost the clients showed up very hostile!!!! I met them at the property and the first thing they asked me if power was included I said yes only for 5 days but because I don’t believe I had it listed on my account I told them don’t worry about it . Red flag 2 he didn’t know how to use the code too open the door I had left the beach to go and help him then he calls back and then said he got it as I was on the way , Around 9pm at night he his confrontational wife called screaming in the phone she didn’t have room too put HER BEAUTY PRODUCT S !!!!!!! Your on vacation too enjoy your time not too call and be upset that you don’t have room for beauty products !!! There was only tiles in the closest because the condo is going to be renovated the floors this time some year and as well they went through things in the kitchen that need to be there cleaning supplies and ect . I ADvISE PEOPLE don’t RENT TO THESE PEOPLE!!! They as well left cigarettes butts every where and my place smelled like they were smoking inside and I didn’t threaten them I just said that they don’t have to stay if they didn’t want too !!!! And they said they would call the police I said please do cause I did nothing wrong . Some tourists will try too do or say anything to try and get out of something if they don’t like something !!! I take my guests comfort very serious and I try to accommodate them the best too my knowledge. The refund wasn’t given because they made me lose money . From other b
