Great property and great rental team

This was a great unit in a very convenient part of Eagle County. Easy access to Edwards, Avon, Beavercreek and Vail. The condo is nicely furnished with a great kitchen and updated bedrooms and baths. Kitchen is very well stocked. The underground parking is also a nice feature in the winter.

Awesome Location, Clean!!!

This was my second time staying here. Love the condo, the location and everything around it. Great perks like garage, hot tub and steps away from Beaver Creek and Lake Nottingham. Was pleasantly surprised by the renovations that were done since my last trip and the condo is always really clean. Will definitely book again.

Very good

Our third stay in this condo and great as always. Lovely on arrival, easy access to shops and skiing. They accomodated an early check in that was much appreciated. Location is great. Condo is spacious and clean. Hot tub is very rekaxibg after a day on the slopes. We have akready booked for next year! Only disappointment was jacuzzi feature on bath not working and we were not told before arrival and it was not working all week.

Quaint Visit to Avon

Perfect Location for our Getaway!

Stayed here with 2 other friends to for a week of skiing. The location is right across from the Bear lot & shuttle up to the Village. Perfect location and the place was clean and had everything we needed. I will certainly be returning to this property with my family!

Enjoying Fall in the Rockies

This unit had all the amenities of home. It was warm welcoming and cozy. The location was ideal next to Beaver Creek and 7 min from Vail Village. We had countless hiking trails and adventure awaited us just outside the front door. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

Great location in Avon

Great location for my family of 5 to enjoy a spring break ski trip at BC. Condo was clean and well stocked. Beds were cozy. Heated parking was a plus. Short walk to the Bear lot where you can jump on the free shuttle to the slopes.

Scenery

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and never had an issue. It is a great central location to skiing and hiking areas. Went to Glenwood Springs for whitewater rafting and the hot springs. The scenery never disappoints.

Very accommodating

Thank you so much for an excellent experience to give care to my 22 year old son who just had surgery. It was a perfect set up for us with each day of healing. We would love to come back under different circumstances to enjoy more of the outdoors. Thanks again for great customer service, a clean condo to stay in and beautiful scenery surrounding.

Mountain Adventure-Double Digit BD Celebration

We were seeking a property where the three of us had enough space and where we were in close proximity to many outdoor adventures. A bonus is the beautiful walks you can take right outside the rear door of the property. The Condo is in excellent condition, beautifully decorated and very well stocked for rental ease. Convenient and easy

This property had absolutely everything we needed. Toys, games, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and pillows, fans, humidifiers, EVERYTHING! We've stayed at many homes and this one was one of the best. Obviously the owners are very considerate of their guests. Getting to the slopes is very easy, we chose to drive to Beaver Creek resort as it was easier with small children than to use the buses. The communication was excellent. Will stay again!

Easy Communication and Super Helpful

I had a wonderful experience with itrip for my stay in Avon/Beavercreek CO. They communicated directly and were full of knowledge of the area and helped me with shuttle info for easy transportation. They responded via text quickly and made themselves accessible if I needed but didn't send a lot of constant reminders which can get annoying over time. The condo was clean and warm when I arrived and they accommodated an early check-in and late check-out which made the trip go even more smoothly. Thank you iTrip!

Exceeded Expectations

Even better than the listing details! We were thrilled to find newer bedroom furniture in the master including a kingsize bed, and the master tub & shower have been beautifully redone. Kitchen was very well stocked. This was a great location for our family. Easy drive to a variety of activities, the drive to Glenwood Springs is about 45 minutes but very scenic & felt shorter. Condo was perfect for relaxing after busy days. Pool just at the end of the building, very convenient. Really enjoyed the walking path & Eagle River just outside our door.

Great vacation and place

Accommodations were not as pictured, but better! Only complaint is shuttle services to ski mountains and transit. Would need to walk up the road and across the street to Beaver Creek Bear lot to catch any shuttle (not a lot of fun in ski boots). Ended up driving to Vail which worked out OK. But a dedicated shuttle that comes on property would have been great. Room very comfortable and well appointed. Hot tub was also great. Like the inside parking (except tight fit for a large suburban vehicle).

No help when stranded

A storm came in and we had to leave for the next guests but you had no place to put us and zero vacancy in the area thus we had to leave in order to make it down mountain. You would not work with us on any refund on list days. Never again.

Most excellent place to stay

We stayed the Lodge of Brookside 106 five night recently and it was so awesome. First of all the condo was beautifully decorated, completely modernized and so cozy. It also had a nice outdoor patio that faced nice running stream. Additionally the location was perfect for us active outdoors types. We skiied Vail, Beavercreek and Copper mountains. Beavercreek was 5 minutes away nd both Vail and Copper less than 30 monutes. We definitely are planning a return trip this summer for some mountain biking action on the many local trails as well as some downhill biking offered on the mountains. Obtw Breckenridge, A-Basin and Keystone ski mountains are within a hour from Brookside. I conclusion I say don’t hesitate to book your next exciting outdoor trip to the mountains here at Brookside.
