Sunset Bay - Hiller Vacation Homes - Petit lac Saint

La première chambre a un lit queen et la deuxième chambre a un lit de taille. Le salon dispose d'un futon et d'une télévision à écran plat 40 pouces avec DirecTV.

L'observation de la faune au Sunset Bay Retreat est grande. De nombreux aigles font Petit Saint Germain Lac leur maison, les cerfs errent souvent à proximité, les huards appellent régulièrement (un vrai régal), et les canards et les canetons sont situés hebdomadaire. Cette unité a une grande allée pavée de basket-ball cerceau (partagé avec les voisins). Go karts, pistes cyclables, et mini-golf sont à proximité. Restez ici une fois et vous voulez faire Sunset Retreat un endroit annuel de vacances!
La façade du lac est de sable fin et est idéale pour la baignade! Cette unité est située sur une route tranquille qui serpente à travers les bois. Petit St. Le lac Germain est un lac haut de gamme réputé pour son eau de source, sa clarté de l'eau et sa population en santé de musquée, de bar, de marigane, de bluegill, de grand brochet, de perche et de doré.

Un acompte de 25% est requis pour confirmer votre réservation hebdomadaire, et un acompte d'une nuit confirmera votre réservation nocturne. Les dépôts sont remboursables moins des frais d'annulation de 25 $ avec un préavis de 60 jours pour les réservations de la saison estivale et de 30 jours pour toutes les autres saisons.

Peaceful great place to rest.

The cabin is really close to the lake. The easy access into cabin by key code worked great. The place was clean and and we had everything what we needed. The property manager was very helpful. We love that we had access to the paddle boat. We also had a camp fire each night. Many eagles make this place so nice. Overall, I recommend this place.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice peaceful time at Sunset Bay. The sunset was amazing. We enjoyed the use of the paddle boat that was there. We also saw plenty of deer around the property and the even on the shoreline of the lake. The only thing that was disappointing was the place was not very clean. We did spend time cleaning each room. There were quite a few cobwebs. The window sills were very dirty, so we did not open any of the windows. We did use the air conditioner because it was very warm a couple of the days. We cleaned the filter in it, as it was very dirty. It is a very cute and efficient cottage, but the maintenance could have been better.

POSITIVES: When you walk in, the home is very clean. Area is open and appears large. Kitchen is equipped with needed cookware and utensils. Garbage bags and dish soap were provided. Private pier and property are a plus. Rowboat and paddle boat were available to use. Lovely spot on the lake. NEGATIVES: Toilet seat was loose. Sheets on one of the beds smelled sour. No games, books or playing cards provided. No curtains on the front windows. It would be nice for there to be a handbook or binder with info on the property and area to make sure we weren't missing anything (including the myriad of fees that could be incurred of certain things were out of place, etc., which for some reason was placed in the freezer). Nightly cost was expensive. Overall we really liked the property and the good definitely outweighed the bad.

Great little cabin on a quiet Bay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin was great for 2 gals who wanted to get away. The cabin is close to the lake, and the view was amazing. East Bay was so quiet, the location is great! The cabin was clean when we arrived, and easy access into the cabin by key code worked great. There are a few things that could be done to make future guests more comfortable. The bathroom shower either needs replacing or new grout. A new set of pots and pans with large lids for fry pans and a large boiling pot would be a quick fix in the kitchen. It would be nice to have blinds for privacy on the front windows in the living room to close in the evening. And as cute as the antique bed is in one of the bedrooms, the mattress was comfortable, but the large springs make a lot of noise! Restless sleepers beware... Just suggestions to the owners to improve the up north experience of future guests. Good WiFi reception, and the TV worked great. So....we would return to this rental for sure, and the location was perfect. The dock was perfect for our rental pontoon, and no steps to the lake! A slice of heaven for sure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is located near the lake with a good view of the lake. We had privacy from the near by cabins. The water by the dock is shallow for bigger boats but is in great condition. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.The only thing we would change is the futon in the living room is hard and uncomfortable. Fishing was great and there is plenty of wildlife around, a doe with her dawn.

Up North Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To get away from the city and to stay in a cute little cabin, on a lake in the woods was truly restful and refreshing. It was so quiet! We saw eagles flying and swooping over the lake, deer grazed at our cabin everyday and the stars were so bright it felt like one could almost touch them. We rented a fishing boat and although the fish weren't biting, we just enjoyed being on the lake watching our bobbers or riding around. The cabin was exactly as described. Clean, cute and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Thank you for a rejuvenating getaway. We will definitely come again.
