Harbor Heights - 4 lits - 8 personnes. Une vue imprenable, piscine et finitions fabuleuses

Cette propriété située au centre, à quelques minutes de la capitale du côté sud et des superbes plages de la rive nord, offre une vue plongeante sur Road Harbour, le canal Sir Francis Drake et de nombreuses îles périphériques.

Harbour Heights a été entièrement reconstruit et somptueusement meublé après les ouragans Irma et Maria de septembre 2017 et nous avons ouvert nos premiers invités le 22 février 2018. La propriété peut accueillir huit personnes confortablement. Six personnes dorment dans la maison principale et deux dans une pièce séparée au niveau de la piscine. Chaque chambre a une vue sur l'océan et la chambre principale a également son propre balcon.

Cette villa est meublée à un niveau très élevé avec une cuisine moderne complète avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et équipée pour répondre aux besoins des chefs les plus exigeants.

Vous pourrez apprécier une vue sur le canal depuis le pont ou la belle piscine, que vous dîniez ou que vous vous prélassiez.

Road Town se trouve à huit minutes en voiture, tout comme les superbes plages de la côte nord.

Les commodités suivantes se trouvent à quelques minutes en voiture: plages, restaurants, supermarchés, magasins de plongée, écoles de voile, équitation, sociétés de location de bateaux, boutiques, spas de beauté.

Nous fournissons un service personnalisé à tout moment et nous vivons à dix minutes à peine. Nous rencontrons nos invités pour les accompagner à la maison, généralement à l’épicerie Riteway à Pasea après avoir effectué quelques achats de base.

Nous recommandons un véhicule à 4 roues motrices pour tirer le meilleur parti de votre séjour sur l'île. Nous vous recommandons la location de voiture Aarons. Ils laissent la voiture où vous arrivez (ferry ou aéroport) et vous pouvez partir au quai du ferry ou à l'aéroport quand vous partez, le tout sans frais supplémentaires.

Un groupe électrogène de secours dessert la propriété. Il démarrera automatiquement en cas de panne de courant. Les clients ne doivent donc pas craindre de ne pas être alimentés.

Wonderful property.

Very wonderful property with a great view of Road Town. Heather was very accommodating and was a pleasure to work with. The property has everything that you need to have a pleasant relaxing stay. The only reason that I rated the location and neighborhood a 4 was the noisy motorcycles traveling the road in front of the property, which is out of the property owners control.

Harbor Heights Tortola

Beautiful views with lovely breezes. Central location makes any outing accessible. Heather is delightful and helped with excellent day trip suggestions. Spent one day just at the house floating in the pool, enjoying the views. Be prepared for challenging driving on the island, but that is true of any location rented on Tortola.

WoW!! Very nice house !!

This Is a very nice and clean house!! Not fare from the marina!! Heather was a very good help for the check in and transportation contact!!! The only little surprise was when I came to confirm the rental for six people they’re was a addition fees !! The rental price listed is for 2!!! Even if the listing said sleep 8 persons in 4 rooms!! I rented a couple of a house by VRBO with my family and this is the first time that I got those fees!! Other than that I would recommend that place again!!!

Great Place to stay in BVI!

This was an amazing house with great views and location. Thank you for your hospitality. This was a group of 8, 4 married couples in our mid thirties, and this was exactly enough space for all of us. Note, not having AC is a complete NON ISSUE! When you’re in the hills the breeze feels just like AC. We just kept the windows open and it felt great inside, even in 90 degree weather. We would definitely stay here again. Worth the money!

The view

There were 7 of us in our group and the house was perfect! My daughter and her that has been married for a year got the downstairs suite and swimming pool. They loved it. We cooked a lot at the house during our stay and had all we needed to do so. Joe ( Mark and Heather’ s son)took care of us during our stay and did a great job. This home is unbelievably beautiful! It is only 5 minutes from town. It has no air conditioner but we went in September 13-16 and the house was so comfortable. We all slept great at night. Even cooking in the kitchen was not bad. We enjoyed all the breeze with the doors open. The home is all updated and VERY clean. No lie, pick this one!!!!😀👍🏻 Melissa from Texas

Amazing View

There were a group of 7 of us in this property. We were very comfortable and had plenty of room. We loved the amazing view from the house. We used the pool and thought it was a perfect size for cooling off. Heather was extremely friendly and was willing to help us with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone considering. Also - would definitely stay here again if ever in Tortola again!

Mountain Paradise

We stayed at Harbour Heights for three days after sailing in the BVI. The villa was stunning. Views of the ocean and harbor were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and spent two days at Josiah’s bay which was spectacular as we essentially had a private beach. Heather was wonderful. She met us at the Moorings and escorted us to the villa. The villa had everything you need and was well stocked. Thank you Heather and Mark for your hospitality.

Fabulous Villa - very comfortable and close to beaches

We had a great time in this beautifully finished villa, which included all the necessary household amenities to cater for our party of eight on a week-long vacation. We spent many hours in pool, we relaxed at the nearby beaches where we were the sole inhabitants and we sampled some brilliant cuisine at the local restaurants, where the service was second to none..

Yes but...

First with the positive - the hosts were amazing with recommendations of restaurants and advise. The house was clean and well kept with fantastic views. However, IF you are someone that is a light sleeper and need to a cold room when you sleep consider a location with an A/C. When I booked the house I did not note that there was not an A/C. The host shared that the winds keep the house very comfortable in the evenings, which was true however, when trying to blow dry your hair the bathroom can get quite warm without AC - In addition, there are many farm animals on the island that for the most part do not sleep at night and because you have to leave the windows open for the winds it was VERY VERY hard to sleep for all of us. Lastly, the window coverings are sheer so if you want to sleep past sunrise you will find it difficult.

Family Reunion

Harbour Heights is a delightful house with amazing views. We found it well organised and easy to access from Roadtown, it’s central location providing quick trips to Cane Garden Bay and Josiahs Bay. It’s right on the ridge road so we could get to the airport and Beef Island quickly for trips to Virgin Gorda etc. The rooms are well furnished and nicely set up, plenty of space for our family of 5. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful property

Had a wonderful time at Harbour Heights. The view alone was spectacular. The home was clean and comfortable. The pool area was set up with loungers and toys. My guests and I thoroughly enjoyed the space which was relaxing, bright and serene. Very easy to find and parking for 6 SUV's. Panoramic views from every room and cosy interiors made for a memorable get together. Definitely will book again!

Beautiful property and great views

We stayed here after a week long charter with the Moorings and it was the perfect choice. Heather was always available for questions. The pool was great for lounging around, which was perfect after a busy week on the boat. The traffic on the street outside could get a little loud at times with cruise ship tour buses going by, but that didn’t bother us too much. I imagine most guests would be out during the day anyway so they wouldn’t even notice. Would highly recommend.

Spectacular Views! Beautiful finishes throughout!

This was the perfect way to begin our sailing vacation. The home is nicely furnished and very comfortable and the views are amazing! Watching the stars on the deck while relaxing after our long flights was a great way to start vacation. This would be a beautiful setting for a honeymoon, anniversary or anytime you want to unwind with privacy - backdropped with spectacular views! This home is the home away from home. Just perfect

Love! LOVE this home . My family and I had a great 10 days . In the evening watching the light from Road Town on the balconies. My boys love the pool just the right size for our evening cool offs. Last but not least Heather was remarkable always attentive and available. I will be back very soon.

Gem of Road Town

We stayed here for a night after our sailing adventure - and wow! We wished that we had more vacation on the books, because this house was amazingly perfect. The views are stunning, the house was immaculate, and the owners bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. I would recommend this house to anyone who stays in Road Town.

Outside of work, family comes first and my boys, Tom, Ben and Joe respectively work in Property, Film and Professional Squash. Heather, who I have been married to for 30 years, does charity work, manages our properties and helps all of our lives run smoothly.
Additionally I spend time at Tortola Sports Club, where I play squash and I work on BVI Olympic Committee and Old Government House Museum matters as the Treasurer of both organisations.

The Chapman family, which is Mark (husband), Heather (wife), Tom, Ben and Joe (3 sons) have been involved with Harbour Heights for the past ten years. In 2016, we set about a renovation using Heather's talent for design and with help from the boys, we have produced an exquisite modern vacation villa.

Every facet of the house has been hand-picked, uniquely designed or tailor-made by one of the family members, from the 'jam'delier above the kitchen island to the spectacular gourmet kitchen. We re-designed the house for Caribbean living to take advantage of the mountain breezes with high ceilings and fans in every room to circulate the air.
