Au niveau de la rue, vous trouverez un espace de stationnement et un garage pour les propriétaires et une réception séparée, et en descendant (tram muet pour l'épicerie) par des escaliers, la propriété commence à vous ouvrir les yeux car la vue devient l'atout le plus important de ce manoir de 5 chambres. En utilisant la formation rocheuse naturelle elle-même comme un mur décoratif vivant dans un espace social de 60 pieds de long, nous avons la cuisine gastronomique avec deux poêles italiens, deux réfrigérateurs doubles, une fibre optique wifi, un téléphone, une télévision de 80 pouces. Canapés confortables en cuir Ralph Lauren et beaucoup de meubles de patio autour de la piscine avec une ouverture de 36 pieds entre le salon et la terrasse, ce qui en fait une maison sans mur entourée de ... rochers! granit et marbre. Surplombant la mer de Cortez et l'océan Pacifique .. Les lumières de la ville la nuit et les feux d'artifice les plus quotidiens .. Oui! votre rassemblement ressemblera exactement à la Saint-Sylvestre ... toute l'année, tous les jours de la semaine ... c'est une balle! Chaque chambre a une salle de bain privée et climatisée, des draps haut de gamme. Tous vos invités auront de nouveaux lits confortables et de l'intimité. Mais si vous avez besoin de plus d'action, descendez 3 pâtés de maisons et vous êtes au cœur de Cabo, pas besoin de voiture, mais cela peut peut-être aider à prendre un taxi la nuit. Commencez la matinée avec le lever du soleil et marchez un mile au spa et à la salle de gym de Pedregal, aux courts de tennis ou à une promenade plus intense jusqu'à la plage privée, bien sûr, vous pouvez toujours appeler un taxi depuis le téléphone fixe ou même rappeler à la maison. Amazing trip!

I stayed at this villa for my buddy's bachelor party, and we had a great time! The Villa is beautiful inside and out. The views on the back patio can't be beat. The pool and hot tub are nice additions as well. We had a few issues with turning the oven on, and finding some light switches, but besides that, the stay was pretty smooth. Gloria was a gracious host, and she went out of her way to shop at Costco for our big group before we arrived, and we were very thankful for that. If I came back to Cabo with a big group, I would stay at this villa again!

Great place for bachelor party

Needed a place that was going to be good for a bachelor party trip where no neighbors were gonna complain and felt safe. Mary was the best. Waking up every morning with breakfast being made was exactly what we needed. Plenty of beds. Plenty of bathrooms. Great view quick Uber ride to the heart of Cabo. Great time perfect place.

Unreal property with the best view in Cabo!

We surprised 16 total guests with a joint bachelor/ette turned surprise wedding! Property was amazing, they were great allowing us to play music and set up decor and floaties etc. the location is unreal, we walked to Cabo Wabo etc. Property has lots of stairs leading down but there was a waiter for luggage etc, and that is to be expected as the property is built into the cliff. The real rock walls are gorgeous! Jose was also amazing, very responsive and even left us a wedding gift! Highly recommend!

Perfect Bachelor Party House

We stayed at Jose’s house for 3 nights and had a great time. The house is perfect for hosting large groups (we had 10), and I think for a bachelor party it is especially perfect. The view from the patio/pool is awesome, the bedrooms have cold AC, plenty of space for everyone. Jose was super accommodating for us, very responsive and very flexible to our requests. Mari’s breakfasts were excellent every morning and she did a great job cleaning and getting things situated for us each day. The neighborhood has strict security to even enter, so we always felt safe. This house was a 5 star experience for my bachelor party.

Great place for men's retreat

Jose was a great host. He was very welcoming and took time to explain the property and area. We had an issue with security allowing our private chef in every day and Jose quickly took care of that for us. The property has an amazing view and ample amenities. Downtown is a 10 minute walk down winding, hilly roads and a 20 minute walk up. Be sure to decide whether you are using a taxi or renting a car or you'll need to be in relatively good shape to get up the hill. Overall, the property was great. It's a great home base for your trip to Cabo. Don't expect luxury touches and new furniture and you'll have a great time. I would not recommend this for smaller children, the walk down the stairs from the road to the front door is not safe for little ones.

A once great property

This was once an amazing property, but unfortunately it’s better days are behind it until some updating has been done. The good: The view is amazing! Mary is very kind and graciously makes breakfast and cleans the house every day. Jose is very responsive when called. There was no hot water in the downstairs bathroom for the first three days. We finally called him on the 3rd day and he had a maintenance guy there within an hour to fix it. Now the opportunities for improvement. 1 of the refrigerators did not work. 2 ovens didn’t work. 1 stove didn’t work. Dishwasher didn’t work. Ice maker wasn’t on when we arrived and after thawing out the ice that was frozen in the dispenser and leaving it on for a couple of days, it finally started slowly working. No tv remote Half the air conditioning remotes were either missing or not working. The dumb waiter could only be used if you called José in to work it. Not convenient when you have groceries to bring down and have to wait. So we chose to carry them down all the stairs instead of calling him and waiting. There isn’t much that isn’t in need of repair or replacement from most of the outdoor furniture, to the screens, pool stick (there is only one with no tip), If you want a view, this place has it! But the house is in desperate need of attention. When someone goes on vacation and rents what they believe is a high end home, one expects things to be in good working order upon arrival.

Beautiful Views Wonderful Service

Stayed for a bachelorette party of 14 girls, it was great to have a place where every room had a bathroom and almost everyone got their own bed! Those who shared had king beds, yes when the listing says a room has 2 kings in it, that is accurate! There was AC in some of the rooms which was nice when we were all sweaty from dancing the night away, but definitely didn’t need it because the air flow in the Villa is great. Definitely a lot of stairs, but the views are worth it and even coming back from Squid Roe at 2am no one fell down them, but just be prepared it’s like staying in a 4 floor walk up (walk down). There is a luggage trolly thing that was super helpful for our bags and groceries and even workers next door came over to help us bring things in and out. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Mary and her daughter deserve 10,000 stars. They were absolutely amazing and made us the most delicious breakfasts. Truly having the housekeeping and breakfast service make this place worth every penny, plus the views and feeling of safety in Pedregal…perfection. The pool was clean and refreshing, we couldn’t get the hot tub super hot, it did get a little warm, but we didn’t really need it. The morning and early afternoon the sun hits the patio beautifully for some great relaxing pool and tanning time and then it gets shady for the hottest part of the day and you can see a great sunset. All in all perfect for us. We hired a transportation company which worked great and they had no problems coming to pick us up, definitely worth it because the walk while possible would’ve been quite a workout. We ordered pizza and had no issues with security for the delivery. Some things in the Villa are a little outdated, but you’re getting so much for such a good price and everything was cozy. We couldn’t figure out the ovens but just used the microwave, I’m sure we could’ve asked Mary to show us but we didn’t need it that bad because we mostly went out to eat. Some of the showers take longer to drain. The freezer door does give you a shock for some reason if you touch it while barefoot. We put a towel around the handle and that worked, Jose did say they were in the process of fixing it. Jose was also wonderfully responsive when we had an issue with one of the girls locking the door to their room behind them, we were leaving the next day and very stressed but Jose figured it out for us and everything was fine. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Sufficient and not luxurious

Overall, the stay was adequate and was sufficient for the trip.Unfortunately, the accommodations stated in the description during the time of booking were not the same accommodations offered during our stay. The property management stated that this was due to a switch in administration. Something that was out of our control and we felt that we overpaid for what were were given.Regarding maintenance and repairs, it seems like the rental property is constantly doing repairs and renovations making it feel incomplete or a project home. Upon arrival, we noticed cars occupying the parking spaces. There were no parking spaces available during our time of stay. I do not know what we would have done if we rented a car. In addition, there were two bathrooms that were not functioning. We had to troubleshoot the issue ourselves to turn on the water manually. Lastly, it mentions in the post, "heated pool" only the jacuzzi was heated not the pool. Regarding the kitchen, the stove had 8 maybe even 10 burners to use but only one was fully functional. The other burners required a lighter to ignite. Therefore, cooking was overwhelming. Other than the view and the pool, this place did not meet expectations and I would not recommend to others.

Good spot for the price in Pedregal

Amazing view of Cabo! Plenty of space and sleeping for 7-16 people.Downsides: pool and jacuzzi heater was broken entire time, so the both were about 55 degrees. That was disappointing as was part of reason we chose this house. The pool table is in horrible condition (pockets all broken and lumpy surface) so it should NOT be the very first featured photo on listing. The house is quite old and very dated so don’t expect a luxury experience. Concierge was helpful with transportation and chef Pedro was awesome!

All About the View

The view here is outstanding and the property has plenty of space to accommodate large groups which met our needs. If you read the other reviews, I can confirm the complaints. A little maintenance would go a long way at the property. We spent most of our time out and about so all the inconvenience was overlooked. If you have an allergy to cat urine, I recommend avoiding the room directly at the top if the stairs. Overall a good value with a great view.nonexistent.

This place is wonderful for a large group. We celebrated a bachelor party here and we were proud to call this place home for the weekend. Pool area is ideal and the views are amazing. Our host was very responsive and helpful!

Beautiful View- Dated house

The good: The view was beautiful and the house was clean. There was an outstanding cleaning lady who came each day and kept things nice. The location was very central and the kitchen was very functional. The bad: Parts of the house smelled like cat pee and the master bedroom's bathroom smelled so badly of mold. The listing showed 7 bedrooms but there were only 5 (all with 2 beds in each) when we checked in. So the first night we all had to share rooms which was not ideal. After reaching out to the host they came and unlocked 2 additional bedrooms that were located outside of the house. Getting Ubers to the house was a pain because of the security not letting them in, which is good for security, but a pain every time we tried to leave. The pool was nice but the spa is on a timer that needs to be turned every 30-60 minutes in order to heat up. We kept turning it but the spa never got any heat. I'm not sure if its broken or if you just need to turn the dial all day so that it heats up. We have stayed in several other vrbo's in Pedrigal that were much more updated and modern at similar pricing, so when we go back I will opt for one of those. We have nothing to gain in writing this review (as I've noticed in prior reviews the host keeps using the term "blackmail") but just trying to give an honest opinion as too our experience for future people looking to stay in Cabo.

Jose was an amazing host, and the house is clean and in the perfect location. Walking distance from downtown, but in an incredibly safe location. The beds were all clean, and Marie came in every day to clean and make us breakfast!

Unforgettable view for a bachelor party!

Came here with 12, everything is super walkable and tucked away in a million dollar view of San Lucas. Plenty of space in the 2 fridges and full kitchen. Would highly recommend staying at for anyone who enjoys the security of a place to sleep, while enjoying the town for the nightlight and marina's activities!

Awesome spot for large group

Nice spacious house, great location. Jose was very nice and attentive, answered all our calls. Maria house manager was amazing and the best perk - cooked us breakfast and cleaned up. Only negative was jacuzzi - it didn't work for the first day. Had to call Jose and he got a maintenance guy to fix it. From then on it would at least lukewarm but not warm enough to be enjoyable in afternoon/night when no sun on the backyard. Overall great option for big group to be in great location.
