Property excellent, easy access, very quiet, little things to make us welcome, fresh milk, coffee tea etc was great. We had trouble with internet access, but this did not hinder our stay.
This apartment was every thing we needed. Spacious, clean, well appointed, comfortable beds. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We had a great stay.
The apartment was very clean and well-appointed. The space suited our 3 generations of family. The kitchen had all that we needed and we even found a couple toys our toddler enjoyed. Lots of nice restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The walk back from the tourist pier area is painful at the end of a day walking around, but not as bad if you opt for non steep streets.
We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is large, private, and very well appointed, with a great view of Hobart and the river.
Handy to both the city, and to the restaurants and bars on Elizabeth street, there are plenty of options to enjoy.

Executive Apartments are the perfect stay for those wanting comfort and convenience close to the Hobart CBD. In our case, a family of 6, it was the perfect choice for us.
Ian's liaison with us was excellent and he went out of his way to ensure our stay was a memorable one, in a classy, modern and spotless apartment.
The property was beautifully presented. Walking distance to most attractions. There were so many supplies in the cupboards, not that we needed to use it, but handy if we did. Beds were comfortable, nice pillows and linen.
Nice big apartment that worked well for 3 adults staying for 5 nights. Easy walk to the city and waterfront, close to restaurants and breweries and not far to the hockey fields.
Spacious and clean property - nice and secure. Well equipped apartment with excellent cafe right across the road. Easy walk into the city. We had to contact the host to find the Wi-fi code so it would be handy to have a welcome folder to help with settling in. We figured out the stove top and the TV and where to put the rubbish but this could have been left on a laminated sheet somewhere (if it was we never found it anywhere) Added bonus was we were able to have 2 sets of keys as we were 2 couples. Would have appreciated body wash or shower gel as these weren't provided - only shampoo and conditioner was there. Other than that, we would be happy to stay again.
This great apartment is exactly what it is described as. A great location for walking to a lot of places around Hobart & a street away from all the eating places you could ask for! Would definitely recommend & stay here again. Thanks Ian & Louise for sharing it with us. đâ€ïž
Beautiful Property, easy location for Hobart Waterfront with parking. Very quite and amazing 3 bedroom apartment, bedroom 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill Bathroom with extra toilet.
Communication with owners Ian and Louise was excellent and lovely people who ensured we had everything we need.
Woolworths and BWS are 4 minutes away and very easy.

Situated in a light industrial area but handy to Elizabeth Street and a 10-15 min walk to the CBD. No Wifi unfortunately. And it would be nice to have a full length mirror.
Ian was good at communicating prior to our stay. The apartment is a great size and 3 good size bedrooms. Cleanliness needs a bit of attention in main bathroom and main balcony. Main bed had dirty sheets, which we washed ourselves the first night. The dirty wasn't from previous use, but looked like they had been dragged across something, it was obvious and should have not been used. Cleaners also need to double check all cupboards, after our son found a deal of Monkey Dust stashed in the entertainment unit. Advised Ian of the find, but never communicated about it or the cleanliness issues. Overall it is a very good unit, a bit of a odd setup but the size is great and we loved the location.
Lovely apartment with fantastic views of mt wellington and harbour. 2 balconies and a courtyard. Jack and jill bathroom to 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, spacious ensuite to master, plus additional powder room. Kitchen and separate laundry have quaility bosch appliances and quality fittings including massive fridge.
Absolutely loved this apartment, but there are no blinds over ensuite window or either balcony door-luckily i had my sleepmask.
Only 20mins walk from cbd/harbour/salamanca market.
Would definitely stay here again!
For the price of the property I would expect all windows have blinds on them to keep the sun out. In the master room there are multiple windows without blinds on them which was very annoying. Especially at night time with a huge night light beaming through the balcony and bedroom windows with no solution to block out. I would not recommend this stay for $500 a night.
We had everything we needed at Ian's place on Argyle Street. Plenty of space, fully appointed apartment. Easy to check in and check out. Short walk to the city centre. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed, and for a great price!
The only thing I would recommend is more blinds for the windows, there are a lot of windows meaning lots of gorgeous light, but a couple of them don't have coverings. It's very minimal light, not a big problem and it hasn't effected my rating. But worth bringing an eye mask if you're sensitive to sunlight coming in while you're sleeping.
